Gordon went the entire length of the Black Mesa Incident without sleep, but that was not so much an ability as being hopped up on adrenaline and whatever experimental/Xen chemicals Black Mesa had put in his suit's healing goo containers. These days he no longer has either one and he has twin toddlers, so on occasion he has fallen asleep during town council-type meetings. Nobody other than Alyx is willing to disturb him when this happens, even if he starts snoring. (Mostly because he has scary wake-up reflexes and will go for his crowbar before opening his eye.)
Shephard has sneaked into a number of places specifically to sleep even though he's really not supposed to do it there. Most of them are non-bed locations on board Borealis. Once or twice he has crept into the Greenbrier's helicopter hangars because no one in their right mind would think to look for him there.
Ellen.... I guess other people would say you're not supposed to sleep outside under the open sky in a post-nuclear wasteland with roaming mutants, raiders, looters, and killer wildlife, but whatever. Not like pitching a tent's gonna help.
Tybalt is a cat and cats are allowed to sleep where ever they wish, regardless of what others think.
When Selina needs sleep, she heads up. I can see her finding odd spots on top of refrigerators, shelves, shipping containers, etc.
Quin can sleep anywhere. Left overs from being a general during war. I can't think of any specific places that are weird though.
Andrea is too disciplined to fall asleep at work or in public places. At home, maybe she falls asleep on the couch sometimes?
Ethan...bars, docks, alleyways, stage coaches, trains, and many more places than I can think of.
Sam is another I am having trouble seeing sleeping in odd places. I am sure as an ex-soldier he can fall back into finding sleep where ever he can but I can't see him overly tired at present. Once he's on the road with Steve looking for Bucky things will change I am sure. Actually, Sam catching a nap in a broom closet at the Va is cracking me up, so it happens now.
Jess crashes under desks or on top of counters at the Avengers Tower and it cracks me up. I'd be tempted to say on walls as well, but I am not sure if wall clinging can go autopilot. Seems like it should, if only for my amusement.
Kim has definitely spent a night or two asleep next to the Milliways hearth. Most of the places she sleeps are technically places she's "not supposed to" sleep, though, on account of homelessness. Canon does specifically point out that she's good at falling asleep just about anywhere she can curl up.
Nita and Beverly both have probably slept on more than a few couches, whether at friends' houses (in Nita's case) or in break rooms (in Beverly's), but I don't think they've slept anywhere weirder than that. --No, I lie:
In college Nita definitely fell asleep in libraries about once a semester, but didn't generally, like, spend the night there.
Beverly may have once taken a nap on one of the autopsy tables in the BAU's lab, although I doubt she slept very well.
Pretty sure Epimetheus can and has fallen asleep anywhere that allows him to lean back or stretch out. Which means no weird niches, generally, since he doesn't fit, but floors, tables, park benches, haylofts . . . all fair game.
Jemma has fallen asleep in her lab more times than she cares to count. So far, she's done fairly well realizing when she's in danger of it, and getting away from the work that'd be more... disastrous to fall asleep during.
Pre-Mirror, if Katya was going to fall asleep somewhere other than her apartment in Moscow or her home out in the country (both of which are fortified to the point of severe paranoia) it'd be in the Light Watch headquarters. She once fell asleep during a group meeting with the boss, and proceeded to get chewed out for said slip-up when he caught up with her in her dreams. Post-Mirror, Katya will fall asleep if Skellig is nearby, but otherwise... it's in whatever place they've holed up in for the time being (that she's fortified) or her apartment in Milliways (also fortified). Katya is a paranoid little kitten, yes.
William has fallen asleep on deck while watching the stars. Thankfully he hasn't been caught out doing it by his higher-ups, and he hasn't done it while on watch.
Oswin... this doesn't really happen. The notable exceptions are when she fell asleep watching movies with Clint, when she and Autor were escaping zombies (and then was subsequently drugged by Bones), and when she was with Moriarty and Tahno.

I like to think that at Milliways he sometimes gets lost in the hallways and just camps out in a stairwell for the night.

This may need to be an EP now. I think I'll make she can sleep with her eyes open to make it weirder.

Tahno has crashed other people's pads having just met them while they were both getting plastered.
Alana probably stays in her room, too.
