Quin would sell his lightsabers to get something for Khaleen. It would be hard as those are a strong defense for his family but he is the stronger defense and so he would give them up.

Modern!Natasha...would cheat. She'd give her time and her company, but if she's that broke and she isn't allowed to steal anything, then 'gifts' fall waaaaay down the list of priorities. She'd cook for someone, work on a translation for days, but sell something she holds dear for a present? Nope.

Felix doesn't really have anything that is both prized and of monetary value. Maybe his sword, but as only a very few people could wield it selling that would be kiiinda pointless. If we're stepping out of Milliways-continuity the recipient would be Sheba; otherwise... possibly his sister Jenna.
Fluttershy... I legitimately have no idea. Season 4 plot trinkets aside, she doesn't really prize most objects. I dunno, maybe she's got something along the lines of the first bird-feeder she made after moving to the ground that she could sell. As for who's getting the gift... it's a toss-up between Angel and the rest of the Mane Six.
Kain would part with his father's spear, one of his few mementos thereof, to give something to Rosa. Especially if he thought it would get her to care for him.

Henry would sell... hrm. I don't really know; the Story Book isn't the sort of thing you do that with. Who the present's for really depends on canon point; season four, maybe his baby uncle?
Lois is surprisingly selfish, and also most of her most prized possessions are mementos of her mom she is not actually parting with. Present would be for Chloe or Clark; if it's Chloe Lois might just gift one of her favorite coffee mugs because they're living together anyway. Clark-- ...Yeah I don't know. She might make him a card. A really fail card. Made by hand. More likely she'd just tell him she won't cook for him and that's his present, he'll live to see another Christmas. ...And then, having done that, if he needs a shoulder with the round of Lana Angst he's in (season 7 and all) she would probably listen and dispense honest and difficult but not inaccurate advice, and it would be a better present than anything and she wouldn't realize she'd done it.
Tavi, oddly, doesn't really have prized possessions at the moment. He's in the middle of a war and has been on the move. The present would obviously be for Kitai or maybe some other family member, but his only important physical possessions are ones he can't sell: the Princeps' seal, the First Lord's seal, and the steel circlet that is the physical Crown.
When he can't spend money Tavi very rarely makes something (but he's not much of an artisan, though given furycrafting now he might do better). He mostly tends to do nice things for people he cares about by deliberately pissing off people with power over him, disobeying orders, or outright breaking a little law or two here and there.
That's how it used to be, anyway.
