Today I worked my first day as a substitute in an elementary school, it was fun, chaotic and amazing. I still feel energized from it and I want to hear what's getting you excited in Milliways.

So, there were several threads in Autor's bar tending that I loved.
The Hannibal thread made me laugh my head off.

Autor talking to Bones is great! I would love to thread with Bones sometime.

Yes, I do read other people's threads. Now, that I am done with my homework, I think it is time for bed. Most likely my 9:30 class will be canceled due to snow, which is sad, 'cause I wanted to go see the collections again.

I like Autor, he's an interesting kid. I might even get back into some Anime because of a sudden desire to see his canon.

For some reason that doesn't suprise me. I like the more thought provoking Anime. The one that I found a fun read was Death Note. There is so much brain breaking people chess, it is rediculous. suddenly misses Rem

Seconding Les Amis and their ongoing search for rooms. (I still adore Joly and Bossuet's thread on the subject, you know.) The combination of Les Amis, Carmen San Diego, and an IC approval of PBS fills me with glee and warm fuzzies on multiple connected levels, seriously. :D!

... Now I wish the Chief came to Milliways. I have the sudden urge to read a discussion between her and, say, Comdeferre. I suspect any existing patriarchical biases might get themselves thoroughly dented there, especially if she found out about them. :)

I used to sneakily and illicitly watch Carmen Sandiego before my parents got home, when I was not supposed to be watching TV.

XD She'd be marvelous on security, she really would. I've got the biggest goofy grin on my face imagining her giving a newbie a slightly exasperated but kind clue-in about the rules, especially if said newbie just tripped over one or more of those rules without meaning to do anything wrong. Oh, the telling off she'd give someone deliberately causing a problem in the place, though. Heeeee! "There are children in here routinely, mister. Did you think about that for one minute? Don't answer that. You're in the cells for two nights--no, I will *not* change my mind! Get going."

I used to watch Carmen San Diego every night. I'd invariably get called to dinner right in the middle of ACME BugNet, much to my displeasure.
