DE: I've got a feeling

So, which of your character's senses do they depend on most?

Thor: ...uses a lot of them. Hmm. Sight, touch, hearing, magic/power/atmospheric disturbances/etc sense. I'd say the last the most, honestly, but I'm not sure if that's true or if it's just extra noticeable to me because, you know, I do not have that.

Enjolras: Sight, I guess? And touch/balance is another one he counts on without noticing how much of a foundation it is. He's pretty well within able-bodied human norms.

Cosette: Is also within able-bodied human norms. Sight, hearing?

Clare: Yoma-sensing power. (Claymores can sense the movement of yoki, or yoma power, within each other and within the monsters they fight. Humans don't have any to sense.) Far and away that one.

Trowa: Gosh. Kinesthetic? I guess that. Trowa works pretty hard to pay attention to all his senses, though.

River: Touch. Touch is her most reliable, and she uses it to ground herself a lot, especially since sight and hearing will lie to her. They're useful and informative lies sometimes, but touch is what tells her the truth.

Regan: Is another within able-bodied human limits. (In her case worn down somewhat by being on the far side of middle age, but she's in pretty solid shape still.) I guess probably sight? Enh.

X-23: Scent. Hands down. She identifies people primarily by their scent. She reads rooms primarily by scent. Next is hearing. A far way after that is touch (air currents, yo), and then sight. Taste is largely irrelevant.

Galadan: Hearing, I think. And psychic/magic sensing. Yay telepathy?

Wonder Woman: Sight and hearing, I think.

Dean: Sight. Then touch.

Nynaeve: Sight and the sense you get of women channeling.

Ysalwen Surana: Sight and sound.

Raven: He sees things and people as tangles of thread patterns that mean stuff. So. That one.

Michael the Archangel: Ummmm. Mystical senses. She can read your soul!

Enzo: His training has taught him to keep his eyes and ears open, and in Milliways he'll pay attention to his nose, as it can often alert him to supernatural or otherwise energy-based persons and things of interest. As a Guardian, he also has a kind of danger sense, although it too will only register strong energy-based threats and it's not terribly specific.

Zecora:
An equine's primary sense is sight,
but in the forest, with little light,
Zecora relies on her sense of smell
(although sound is important as well)
both to locate the plants she might need
and to avoid monsters which on her might feed.
Through long practice, she can also
sense the magic which through nature does flow.
