Katya:
a) Kept her house as a last retreat, full of traps, illusions, and defenses meant not just to keep out a howling human mob, but a pack of murderous Others as well.
c) The dogs kept at her house were all strays she came across during her shifts as a watchman, brought home and trained and fed (and loved).
b) Smoked a pipe while in Moscow

Oswin:
a) Had never actually been to Earth (or even Earth's solar system) before coming to Milliways, despite her strong affinity for Earth things.
b) Is actually afraid of vampires
c) It isn't a coincidence that the copy of 'Carmen' that she imagined into place to play in the Asylum had the Doctor playing the triangle in the orchestra.

Jemma:
a) Seriously loves spicy food - sriracha was a revelation.
b) Plays WoW when she's between projects or the projects she does have don't demand all of her attention.
c) She got a tiny bit desperate when she neared graduation for her second PhD - going for a third without spending some time in a commercial lab or some other 'real job' would be impossible, and sounded horrifically and mind-meltingly boring - SHIELD had perfect timing.

Katya, I can't decide if b or c is the head canon. Unless the pipe is a lie and the strays are the head canon.

Ooooh, no. She did smoke a pipe in Moscow - Bear has the pipe now, which he takes out and looks at sadly and frankly is the most emo battle mage ever written after Katya is taken down by the Mirror.

Katya does have a lot of dogs, canonically, but it's never said where she got them. I like to imagine she'd just show up back at headquarters with a half-starved, flea-ridden puppy stuffed into the pocket of her hoodie or a shopping bag or something and no one would say a word - either because they didn't want to go up against a pissed-off Katya who'd probably have Bear supporting her as backup just because, or they were Gesar or Olga and neither one of them gave a damn.

b) He killed an unarmed woman who was doing nothing threatening.
c) He knows Obi-Wan is on Tatooine, though he doesn't know why.

Selina:
a) Has no fear of heights.
b) Thinks kissing is stupid.
c) Has a series of stray cats that she keeps feed as well as she can.

Tybalt:
a) Is bisexual.
b) Has been married
c) Came out to San Francisco by September Torquill's invitation.

You are correct. It's actually a lie in her case as she is quite adamant about Bruce kissing her when she spends some time with him.

canon vs. millicanon

Sunshine:
1. Sunshine's mother secretly kept the postcards her ex-husband sent Rae when she was a child, though Rae had thrown them away at the time.
2. When she was a teen, Rae spent a lot of her time high on various drugs.
3. Though she is a master baker, Rae hates doing fancy decorative icing on cakes, and will likely refuse to do it unless she really likes you.

Mirai:

a)has a big appetite. She can eat at least six plates of Mexican food in one sitting.
b)has an aesthetic blog full of assorted pictures of space, dresses, and whatever else she finds pretty.
c)can't help when she does her lying tell and will mimic cleaning her glasses even if she doesn't have them.

a) Was a slave before she was taken for Sith training.

b) Killed a man at the age of eleven, doesn't regret it one bit.

c) Darth Zash, Ibani's master, was looking for her first apprentice for at least five years before she ended up choosing Ibani as her apprentice.

You are correct on the canon! :-) B is head canon. The man in question murdered the person she thought of as her mother, and her killing him with force lightning was what got her 'discovered' and taken for Sith training.
