I actually did a lot this week! I am burnt from doing tons of laundry, and setting up things for family dinner tonight, so no links.

At the start of the week, I moved Ahsoka and Asajj forward in my head canon. Then Tybalt got moved forward in his canon, twice in fact, so that we are now between One Salt Sea and Ashes of Honor. Hank McCoy also got some canon push, and will likely get some more tomorrow. Then I EP'd Sam and had a blast, so many great threads and I do hope to get back to them soon.

I baked off over 10 dozen chocolate and cinnamon checkerboard cookies for my grandmother's birthday today. Unfortunately, they weren't terribly pretty, but they taste great. And apparently my grandmother regularly brags about my baking. OH HOW THE TABLES HAVE TURNED! :O

Eh, pretty is less important in food than tasting good anyway. Go you!

Well yeah, but I did get graded on appearance in culinary school. People eat with their eyes first.

But I will cut myself some slack on it since I was asked the day before the party, had to overhaul my kitchen just to have enough room to roll out the dough, and somehow fit in the process of shopping for ingredients, making the dough, chilling it, making the checkerboard logs, and baking off the cookies in that same day. And some of the cookies don't even look TOO bad. It just happens when you're in a rush.

But now I kinda want to make a cookie chess set. I might need to buy more butter...

I got to play in the snow! I am so sore now I can barely move. Other than that, I have school.
