DE: Lemon or salt?

inspired by the nicks and cuts that seem to be plaguing my hands lately, how often does your character suffer minor wounds? I'm thinking little things, like paper cuts, splinters, and the like. Things that just seem to happen, rather then things that happen in as a result of a fight.

Clem, Jules and Ep do all the time.

Pinkie only gets them when she's crafting or slicing, and then very rarely. Dixie's hands are soft and unscarred, 'cause she has to give off the impression of being perfectly ladylike.

Selina definitely has rough hands and ends up with random cuts and scraps. Which makes me think I should have her get a tetanus vaccination from Guppy.

Hank tends to have a least a burn from a soldering iron, since at his time and place, he'd be making his own circuit board. He also likely have other nicks and cuts from tools and such.

Rollo...at first thought, I would think he constantly has cuts on his hands but for some reason he is telling me he is too careful for little injuries, at least with his hands. I'm not convinced.

More later, if the pups speak up.

Dejah's hands aren't as soft and pristine as someone might think. She's a tinkerer, and she can't keep her hands out of an engine to save her life. They're more likely to be a little grease stained than cut up, though.

Though she does get the odd paper cut once in awhile, especially when she's been archive diving.

Thor does not, because Asgardians are nigh-invulnerable jerks like that. It's theoretically possible, of course, but they'd probably have to be splinters of diamond or adamantine or magic or something.

Clare also doesn't, much. I guess sometimes she might get thorn scrapes that heal instantly, or something? She's pretty tough too, though.

Enjolras, sure, he probably gets the occasional paper cut, especially in winter when chilly air outside and dry fireside air inside are not kind to anyone's skin. Not more than your average person who reads and shuffles paper a lot, though. And he's pretty good about not nicking himself when shaving or trimming a pen nib (back in the world where he had to do that sometimes) or burning himself on the stove or whatever.

Cosette gets little scratches and such from the garden sometimes, or pricks herself while sewing, or whatever. Probably to a pretty average extent.

Trowa used to get a lot more, which is less a matter of greater past clumsiness and more a matter of not working anywhere near as much with engine innards these days. (Though past clumsiness is a bit of a factor if you go far enough back -- he was working with engines and such from a pretty young age, albeit with oversight.) So he doesn't tend to have much of those, but he does have a scattering of tiny scars from nicks and burns, and he's not immune to papercuts or anything. And he does probably get occasional hand rips or the like from trapeze?

Kazul is not in yet, but she's a scaly dragon. I'm gonna count her with Thor and Clare in the "minor wounds happen to squishier people" category here. She has plenty of other minor inconveniences -- it's hard to dust with talons, not to mention cooking, and when she's annoyed or sneezy things get charred -- but not papercuts.
