Asajj tends to sleep well, but lately nightmares are intruding on her conscience.
Ahsoka sleeps pretty well. She learned to find sleep where she could while serving in the war, plus mediation tends to leave one tranquil. She does suffer the occasional nightmare.
Quin tends to sleep soundly, but can have bad nightmares about Order 66. The worst are when his family are being killed along with the jedi.
Sam sleeps well, though always wakes with the sheets tangled. He sometimes dreams of Riley, but those stopped when he became a councilor and started helping others. Now I wonder if they might not return since Sam is helping Steve find Bucky.
Rollo, currently, sleeps the deep sleep found at the bottom of cups.
Selina is a light sleeper out of necessity. She does not move about much and doesn't remember dreams.
Tybalt sleeps like a cat every night; soundly and deeply. Don't be fooled though, he will wake at the slightest disturbance.
I'm honestly not sure of the Luidaeg needs to sleep or not. I can see her having bad dreams if she does.
Thor sleeps sprawled in however much space he has available, and generally sleeps pretty heavily. He can wake up fast if he needs to -- and generally goes from asleep to awake very quickly -- but he doesn't toss and turn. (Or snore.) He's the opposite of a blanket hog; he runs hot, and tends to throw off the covers.
Enjolras, on the other hand, sleeps lightly. I wouldn't say fitfully, but he's easy to half-rouse with light, calling his name, etc. (That said, he doesn't necessarily wake up all the way; there's a bleariness period unless it's a crisis.) Not much of a blanket hog; he also runs on the hot side.
Cosette sleeps... like a teenager! Deeply and sprawled. She's probably both cuddly and kind of a blanket hog once she's married and sharing a bed.
Kazul... I want to say she snores a little, but I'd have to check canon to see if that's backed up or ruled out. I just find it funny. *shifty* Anyway, not fitfully, but not SLEEP AS DEEP AS THE DEAD either. She sometimes curls up like a cat, and sometimes stretches out on her stomach.
Trowa sleeps lightly and wakes rapidly, even now. It used to be habit for him to disguise the fact that he'd woken up, and observe the room surreptitiously before showing any sign of alertness, but nowadays he only does that when he's on edge. (He still likes to be able to put his back to a wall or otherwise see all entrances and exits at a glance, though.) He also doesn't tend to take up a lot of space; he grew up sleeping on cots and bunks, and he still takes up only a bedroll's worth of room by habit, no matter where he's sleeping. He has a cuddly boyfriend and has gotten used to having Quatre doing a sleepy limpet impression when they're in the same place, though.
River sleeps with, uh, biofeedback combat training dreams it's risky to wake her up from. But other than that, she sleeps fairly deeply! I think she's got less ability to sleep dep herself than most of mine, although her sleep cycle isn't always totally regular even aside from the issue of shipboard time not necessarily agreeing with any given planetary location's timezone.
Regan used to sleep more deeply than she does, because: age. (Also: stress.) She likes warm blankets and a soft mattress now, thanks.

I figure Daniel sleeps fitfully.
Vala, sleeps okay, she's used to the stress of her life.
Death does not sleep.
Naruto can pretty much sleep anywhere.

Dixie is a very ladylike sleeper - she lies on her left side and tends to pose like a painting.
Juliet is probably cute...at least to Shawn. There's some snoring from her, too.
Pinkie sleeps with Gummy! And is also a scarily sound sleeper unless she's on a mission.
Eponine still hasn't adjusted to life off the streets and can be very restless and wakeful.
