Had this idea today when I was staring at the fridge, willing food to appear after already opening it several times and not finding anything I felt like eating in it:
What's on your pup's fridge? Delivery pizza magnets? Some wee one's finger painting? Picture's from around the world?
And no cheating by playing the 'my pup is from a time/place/realm of existence that doesn't have refrigerators' card. This is Milliways, they're bound to have a room and that's gotta have some sort of chillbox in it. Or there must be some sort of equivalent that could count here.

Sam's is pretty clean actually. He might have a picture from the place he's planning on vacationing to next but that's about it.
Izana's has a magnetic haiku set and a digital calendar of their schedule.
Selina's is covered in cat pictures and newspaper clipping of dance performances she thinks look interesting.
Ahsoka's seems blank to me as does Asajj. They don't seem the type for physical momentos.
Quin likely has drawings form the kids saved in some datapad, so I don't imagine they'd be on the fridge. There might be old notes between him and Khaleen though.
Rollo would have to have one within Milliways and knowing him, it'd be covered in pinups.
Luidaeg's fridge looks old and rusty and disgusting. Like you'd think eating anything from there is a one way trip to the ER. If you ever saw it without the illusion though, your see a few finger paint drawings from the neighborhood kids, and coupons for cases of Diet Coke and Ben and Jerry's ice cream.
Tybalt does not have a refrigerator and tends to avoid modern technology. Deep within the Court of Cats however, where none but the King may tread, there is a kitchen which does have a refrigerator and it is covered with drawings, poetry, and notes from the kittens of his court. There are so many drawings that they have spilled out to cover the walls. On the dark days, he comes here to remind himself of all the kittens that lived because of his protection.

Enjolras may well have a mini-fridge in his rooms at this point, which remains a scientific marvel to him. There's quite possibly some decoration on it, but if so it's either Combeferre's fault or, more likely, the fault of some other friend stopping by and deciding that Decoration Is Needed. (Enjolras's only fridge-related rule is "Make it very clear what's food and what's a scientific specimen, please and thank you.")
Cosette does have rooms at Milliways, although she rarely uses them, but I don't think she does have a fridge in them. If she did, she would decorate it with... uh. I dunno. A doily and some trinkets on top, or something? Possibly she'd paint something decorative on the front (or commission another patron to do so) if she spent more time in the rooms and wanted to more aggressively nest, but it's not really a high priority. She would treat it like a little table or cupboard, anyway.
Trowa does, in fact, live in a time with fridges and own one. Any decorations and magnets are his sister's fault, though. There's a whiteboard nearby that has house rules on it, though, and a couple of those are his doing.
Kazul probably does have a fridge, actually. It's very large. It also has pictures drawn by her grandchildren on it. (The pictures are also very large.)
River hasn't decorated the Serenity fridge-equivalent, probably, but I wouldn't be remotely surprised if Kaylee had years ago. And Wash and Zoe's daughter Naomi probably added her own stamp when she was wee.
Regan's equivalent... hmm. Aspen, what say you? I'm inclined to say tasteful decorative magnets, and family pictures, and maybe a few family-of-friends pictures also. But mostly pictures of the kids, from across the years.

Ragnar: if he ever acquires a room with a fridge, there will be little things on it that his kids made. He is such a dad! Actual drawings will only be Gyda's and Ivar's, of course.
Dorian: nothing. He has a beautiful, colourful Smeg which he isn't going to deface.
Hannibal: nothing. We know his fridge from canon; there is nothing on it. Artwork goes into Cookbook Corner, not on the fridge.
Father Harman: nothing! What would it be good for?
Madame Thénardier: all sorts of nonsense she tore out of newspapers and that seemed to make sense at the time.
Lady Margolotta: one double-sized postcard printed with the signet and principles of the Überwald League of Temperance.
Katrina Crane: recipes for herbal remedies and spells.

Jean Prouvaire has dozens of magnets of the kind where each magnet is a separate letter. He arranges them into poems or sometimes just a word he's contemplating or a phrase he thinks is really cool. Or an insult, directed at a friend who's been bugging him lately. It all depends.

Feuilly has a mini-fridge. And oh my god when he found out about sticking things on it with magnets he was delighted. The top of the fridge has kind of turned into an auxiliary bookshelf, but the front and sides are covered with useful things: weekly vocabulary lists in Polish, Italian, and now Russian; a list of easily confused French-English vocabulary (to demand is not really the same as demander!); a stroke-by-stroke calligraphy guide for insular script to help with the work he's doing for Athelstan; a growing list of important dates he wants to remember (he's not good with dates unless he really drums them into his head)...
Gredya uses the fridge in Milliways but does not have one of her own. If she did, it would have a large note reading GREDYA. DO NOT TOUCH.

Dixie: Doesn't own one!
Juliet: Numbers and notices; pictures of her with Shawn and the rest of the squad; take-out menus; several recipes
Pinkie: Recipes! Glittery pictures of her BFFS; drawings done by the Cakes kids.
Eponine: lacks one too.
