I was having a very silly and busy weekend trying to sort out a feral cat situation--kittens born under a neighbor's front steps. I want to catch the whole litter, but at the moment I just have one kitten. BUT SHE'S CUTE.

So...is anyone in the US northeast looking to get a kitten? I have sworn up and down that we're not keeping her, we have three cats already, and a bird, and kids, and...

So cute! Is she upset at being separated from her littermates or is she quite tame?

Well--I really really wish I didn't have just the one, because she's lonely, poor little girl. But she's young enough to tame pretty quick, I think. I've already managed to get her purring when I hold her, so.

I've been planning a vacation- I have yet to take it, but it's coming and I'll be a very happy person when I do. I also got to go to the beach and sit and work on a beading project in the sun in between going in the water and watching the planes take off and land at Logan.

And I saw three least terns hovering near the water on my way home, which is always a lovely sight.

I travelled half way across the country, started my holiday, and managed to get enough internet to get the Fair up, which people are already tagging into because they are so awesome and I love them <3

I've signed up for Tour de Fleece!

So I'm spinning and stay atoning with hubs and kids (and going traveling a little bit next weekend).
