Daily Entertainment: C-130 rolling down the strip/man that cadence makes me sick
Goooooooood morning, Milliways!
Today’s DE is one that’s recycled from way, way back, but we’ve got some new blood in the roster that should shake things up a bit.
Does your pup exercise? If so, how do they do it? Do they make a habit out of it? Do they do it for its own sake, or as part of some other necessary activity? Does it carry any special meaning for them (cultural/ethnic identity, rituals, religious/spiritual connotations, etc.)? What would they do if they couldn't exercise?

Henry: Elementary school kid, he has PE.
Evelyn: well, mages seem to get some combat training, but she doesn't specifically exercise...
Lois: Not as much as she used to! She used to make time to go on runs etc, but work is starting to eat her life. She does still do some, though, partly to stay in shape so she can do dangerous and/or stupid things, partly health, partly simple Sam Lane-instilled training, and partly vanity.
Tavi: Fighting a war. That counts as exercise.

(And, admittedly, for the first two thirds of his life, by a diet no one would call excessive.)

Gavroche does running and a kind of parkour, with or without his dogs, just for the pleasure of it.
Michael went through a year of hardcore physical therapy just to get back to the level of health he's currently at, which isn't great. Too much movement hurts, but he tries.

Kirk tries to get some exercise every day, since he has been dealing with a paunch since he was 30. He's not as likely to do more than a few calisthenics most days, but does jog from time to time.
Charlie is always working out in some way - aerobics, jogging, martial arts, climbing. It goes with his overall outlook on life and how to live it. And is a connection to his training.
Cyborg is long past the need to exercise. His human parts are essentially kept in tune by his robot parts.
Gibbs never exercised a day in his life. That's for soldiers, not sailors, or pirates.
When he was human, Alec was in good shape and worked out once or twice a week. Such things are behind him.

She eercises everyday and if she couldn't she'd probably get a little anxious after a while. And for downtime, there's nothing like a nice afternoon at the shooting range.

Quin is much the same, though a lot more relaxed about it.
Sam gets up before dawn everyday to go running. Even if this obnoxious guy keeps making him look slow, he runs a good pace. He pretty much keeps with the same PT requirements he had as a para-trooper, though he is likely to step up his game now that Steve has presented the idea of Sam becoming an Avenger.
The Luidaeg's exercise routine involves Ben&Jerry's and a spoon.
Rollo will work and lift things to recover from an illness or inactivity but in normal circumstances, gets his exercise by sparing.

Dixie: What is exercise and why do I need it?
Juliet: Is super active and outdoorsy, needs to be in shape because she's a (good) cop.
Eponine: Does exercise = running from the police?
Pinkie Pie: is seen in canon doing aerobics, but she's so active she actually doesn't really need the extra work (or maybe she does; pony loves her sugar)
