Experience, rather than aspect?
There are many, but I would have to say coffee. It's a delicious drink which lends itself well to fellowship and good cheer, and Asgard lacks it.
Your custom of Movie Nights is also delightful.
(His favorite aspect of Midgard is, of course, the people, but that's not the question you asked.)
