How 'bout them current events?

Your character can take three things to a desert island. What are they?

(Signaling devices and means of escape are prohibited. Assume said island has sufficiently large numbers of edible fauna and flora for them to eat well, should they adapt.)

Well, dang, guess that means I'm not allowed to say Gordon wants his HEV suit, Angus MacGyver and Thor Heyerdahl.

Edward Kenway has canonically been stuck on a desert island, although I haven't moved him far enough through canon to get to that point. He is not fond of the experience and mostly wants weapons to use on whoever suggests doing it to him again.

Ellen wants a decent suit of combat armor, her Pip-Boy, and her shocksword, since guns run out of ammo eventually and asking for her sylladex is probably cheating. However, if permitted, she's loading up the sylladex first and taking it with her.

Stacker wants a copy of the SAS survival handbook. If the island is in the Pacific he also wants Herc Hansen and either Coyote Tango or Striker Eureka, because it would be JUST HIS LUCK for a kaiju to pass through the area on the way to a population center. If it's in any other ocean he will be after a water filtration device (ideally with a ceramic filter that'll be good for several years) and a good shovel. You can make your own entertainment, but if you're going to be stuck on an island for any length of time you'd better be prepared to dig for any number of reasons.

I'm not sure what Santo would want. I am not counting the mask against his total because that's just part of the package in lucha; it'd be like counting his hair against his total. Same deal for Wee Mad Arthur, on the not knowing front, I mean.

Fawkes wants his supersledge, an encyclopedia, and the Oxford Unabridged Dictionary- that should be enough to keep him reading for a while when he's not doing survival things.

Varric is gonna need Bianca; I suspect he makes his own bolts for her, so that shouldn't be too much of a problem. A fishing rod and a cooking pot, maybe.

And Shephard's pretty well set on the survival skills and know-how front, including things like knapping stone or glass into weapons as needed, so maybe a compass, a really comprehensive first aid kit (is this island in waters with things like cone snails? is he going to need antivenom?), and sunscreen.

Hank McCoy says he wants one of those music playing devices from the future (filled with his music of course), a solar charger, and a telescope. He'll make do with everything else.

Briareus says Deunan, a datapad filled with reading material (I'm getting Bond-esk novels and car magazines), and a solar charger strong enough to "feed" him.

The Luidaeg says, "I'm the Sea Witch, dumb ass. Deserted islands are not an inconvenience."

And these are the only answers I'm getting right now.

Clem: A hairdryer, a 'personal aid', and a very large vat of cookie dough.

Dixie: A gun or a bow and arow, someone to fan her, and some ice.

Juliet: Hunting equipment, water purification equipment and a compass

Pinkie: A lifetime supply of sugar, a generator, and a weekly airlift of confetti.

Eponine: Bread, something to purify her water with and a netting to shade her from the sun.
