Cassie: A cell phone, a SCAR-H, a pack of gum, a good pair of sunglasses, and a quality burrito.

Raiden: A kamidogu (or other powerful artifact), a lightning rod, a suitable electrical conductor, a statue of himself or his brother Fujin, or tangible news of a threat to Earthrealm. Actually, just that last one is enough by itself.

Garyn: Post-canon: The Moon-and-Star, Trueflame, the Robe, Ring, and Belt of the Hortator, the Teeth of the Urshilaku, the Seizing of the Erabenimsun, the Madstone of the Ahemmusa, and the Thong of Zainab. But I wouldn't advise it, since if you have all those things you've clearly stolen them all from him.

Pre-canon, or any time: Just Ibani will do.

Sheogorath: Canonically, a head of lettuce, a spool of yarn, and a lesser soul gem are enough to do the trick. Cheese and cabbage are old favorites, too. He's also a lot more likely to come out during a thunderstorm, or on Mad Pelagius Day (the 2nd of Sun's Dawn). I have a feeling he'd appreciate an offering of Gerry Rafferty music, too. Soft rock helps to drown out the screams.

To summon the elder version, swap out the ovaltine for Tei Ceti rootbeer, and the paperbag probably ought to be switched out for full body armor or a tank. Something for you to hide in until his temper cools off.

Assuming, for the sake of argument, that it's a User doing the summoning: a battery, a computer peripheral of some kind, something broken, a malware-infected digital storage medium, a handheld video game or console, a metal yo-yo, and a DVD of TRON. The circle must constitute a properly grounded electrical circuit, with all the items connected to it.
