From Don:
What are some things you can offer, in character, to other pups?

Connor can offer visits to colonial America.
B.J can offer more Nazis to kill than you can shake a stick at.
Mako can offer tutoring in basic meditation techniques as they relate to firebending.
Maverick can offer F-14 rides.
Archer can offer his (surprisingly competent) skills in espionage. For a price. (This price varies. Often.)
Ellie can't offer much of anything besides bad puns.
Kuvira could probably be talked into dancing lessons.

Katara is a talented healer, and older Katara especially has a wide range of healing abilities, including physical therapy.
Elle can help with anything that requires electricity, from jump starting a car to powering appliances. Or possibly helping you find your keys.
Leslie will probably help you with anything she already knows how to do (ice skating, cookie-baking, grant proposal-writing), and will teach herself anything she doesn't already know.
Marceline will play music at your parties, but she probably won't teach you how to play guitar.
Will Graham can watch your dogs for you. For as long as you like.
There's really no need to come back.
Seriously. Don't make it weird.

Shephard can offer PE training, hunting trips, primitive survival skills, and visits to coastal areas of alien-infested Earth. The last of these does not apply to James T. Kirk, because Kirk will inevitably say something unfortunate about the bugfuck crazy ship's AI and then Shephard will have to punch him.
Ellen can offer anti-radiation medicines in limited supply and an education in some really horrific explosives.
Fawkes can offer bodyguarding or other guard services, and probably demolitions as well, although the demo work would mostly be of the 'I'm going to hit this with a hammer from the top down' variety.
Varric can offer trade contacts with quite a lot of businessdwarves both Legitimate and otherwise, and several different genres of ridiculously popular fiction including but not limited to gritty police procedurals, wartime adventure, and romance both smutty and otherwise.
Edward Kenway could offer time on a pirate ship but you'd have to make it worth his while because he's a selfish SOB. Pirate, remember?
Stacker Pentecost can offer Japanese language lessons, possibly Cantonese lessons, and martial arts training.
El Santo can offer wrestling training and excellent practical personal advice. I have no idea how he got to the point of being my highest Wisdom character but he seems to have done it.
And Wee Mad Arthur offers extermination services for extremely reasonable rates.

Briareus can fill any role for a tank or heavy infantry. He is good with fire arms and explosives, as well as robotics on the battle field, and seems a level headed guy so would be good for teaching how to use firearms safely. He's also good with martial arts, though his brand is very much the simplified CCQ of the military/police. Once I get him to more canon, he can be good for runs in a post-apocalypse cyber-punk world.
Hank McCoy is good for repairing things and can likely pick up any tech he doesn't immediately understand. Mutant super brain and all. He's also good with biochem.
Luidaeg can be good for enchantments (physical transformations, water breathing, locators, and clear sight are just a few examples from canon), but be very careful. Her prices tend to be steep, but she can't refuse you if you pay her price.
Quinlan Vos, smuggler good times in a galaxy far far away?
Rollo Rognvaldsson is good for fights or maybe teaching longboat sailing? Actually, I think Rollo could be good for teaching longsword and battle axe training as well, if his interactions with Bjorn are anything to go on.
Sam Wilson is good for first aid, from basic to EMT trauma. He's also a good counselor for PTSD or just a friendly ear if you need it.
Selina Kyle can be good for visits to the underside of Gotham or a pickpocket if you need it. She'd also likely be a good spotter if you need someone watched or followed.
Shinatose Izana has already been covered as the example but they can also be good for tech stuff. They can also pilot a garde until or other mech the depends on a single pilot.

Yrael can offer DJ and live music/entertainment services, also can offer the removal of certain irritations or inconveniences from one's life (group rates available).

Feuilly will very, very happily teach anyone French and help anyone who is struggling with literacy. He can translate between English and French! He can also paint--you always needed a fan, didn't you? He charges for that, though. He's also willing to take up arms--to do pretty much anything--if it's in a good cause.
Bossuet would be delighted to tend bar for someone's party? He's also great for pet-sitting, weird nonsense, impulsive adventures, extremely informal and unofficial legal advice
don't tell Bahorel, and dubious dating advice.Gredya can hunt for you, if she likes you or if you can offer her something she needs. Right now her main shortcut between worlds is...a little bit tricky to access. But if it's really important something could perhaps be worked out. If she knows you.
Helen Ramirez would probably be up for taking a friend to the Cinematic Wild West. She could teach Spanish, in a pinch, and she's a good bookkeeper.
Djehuty...is a god. Prayers may or may not be answered?
And obviously The Chief is your go-to person in case of the theft of a historical monument or significant geographical feature!

Ysalwen is good for experimental magic, science geekery, nuclear magery, a dog brute squad, and being an epic force for destruction if you want that. Also impulsive adventures and magical combat. And impulsive adventures. Some of them in Thedas.
Raven is good for making your life miserable in a bunch of ways but maybe also saving your ass, too. Cabin vacations are a possibility for a select few. Everyone else is gonna be inhaling glitter.
Galadan will offer his teleportation services if River or Mary or Gabriel asks. Otherwise he'll just be a supercilious jerk that plays word games.
Wonder Woman can provide her epic diplomatic skills, martial arts training, tactical training, some science know-how, history know-how, and really excellent wise advice. Also ass-kicking upon request.
Nynaeve will Heal you without asking. She will also yell at you about it. She may be amenable to providing firepower for conflicts, but really she would prefer to do the Healing. I am not sure if she will ever invite people to her world. We'll see.
Michael the Archangel can offer counsel, swordfighting training, absolution, and someone to help with the work on the ground if you're the kind of person that prays and believes in angels.
Dean Winchester can help fix your car, be a great drinking buddy, and slay ghosts or other supernatural baddies that are bugging you. Not in Milliways, though. Nope. No sir.

Charles can offer information about genetics, politics of the 1960s, lots of knowledge on many issues including Oxford, New York City, tea, World War II, a particular type of therapy that involves telepathy, but with the warning that he has a weird sense of privacy. If asked, he can use his skills to calm someone.
Quentin offers knowledge of his world of Faerie, which includes etiquette, sword fighting, illusion magic, blood magic, feudal society, far too much knowledge of how much blood someone can lose and live, tour of San Francisco with a focus on fast food and coffee shops.
William has cowboy skills-which means he knows how to ride, rope, care of horses and cattle, butchery, very basic cooking, first aid with a focus on dealing with someone who's suffered an amputation and tuberculosis, how to fire a revolver and rifle and fist fighting. Also he knows about dime novels and popular literature of the late 1800s, the Civil War and the American West, he can provide a chance to visit though he might wonder why.
Sameth knows about Charter Magic, the royal family and history of the Old Kingdom, cricket, rugby, boating, swordfighting, Ancelstierre, jewelry making, mechanical engineering, helping refugees resettle. He's happy to do commissions especially for objects that are magical and mechanical and thanks to AU week, he now has some knowledge of Jaeger tech.
Moist is an excellent liar, thief, forger, speaks the various languages of the Disc, can copy any accent and knows a lot about clothes, dogs, horses and flirting. He won't offer any of these skills unless he likes you.
Jane can play the piano, write, dance, ride, garden, farm, cook though nothing terribly fancy, she knows about the history of her era, French and Latin and has a deep knowledge of literature.
Ivan knows in great detail about the Barrayaran Imperium with a focus on the High Vor, Operations of the Imperial Service, the various layers of social etiquette, food, wine, general knowledge of the major powers such as Cetaganda, Jackson Whole and others, fighting including weapons such as knife fighting, plasma rifles, how to pilot a groundcar and lightflyer, horse back riding and far too much about how spies operate.
Demeter if she wishes to bless you or your land can help it grow or help with fertility issues, if angered, she has been known to create awful weather or trees where people were. She also offers a chance to visit Southern France and a deep knowledge of agriculture and gardening.
Tumnus knows about the History of Narnia, day-to-day details of ruling, baking, cooking.

Sooraya can offer a great shoulder to cry on, a pretty good nonjudgemental ear to listen to whatever your problem is, help with anything you'd need involving reaaaaaally tight spaces, and plant-sitting. (Check in with carnivorous ones first).
Noriko is good for anything needing sarcasm, attitude, electricity, or hair dye, and can facilitate origami instruction, minor clothing modification and expertise in Poke It Until It's Mad(TM).
Finvarra is able to offer trips to Faerie (one-way only), gold and presents (that may or may not be fake and/or disappear randomly), and arrogance like you've never encountered before.

Enjolras can offer sparring (with an extremely badass normal human who's best at 19th century western European fighting styles), or education on French history, political history and philosophy with a strong republican slant, and patient encouragement of critical thinking regardless of whether or not you agree with him about anything. (Just ask Harry Percy! No, seriously, Enjolras really does want to encourage thoughtful reflection and discussion much more than for everyone to agree with him, and he's willing to be very patient about encouraging it.)
More tenuously: I suppose he could teach basic Latin and/or classical Greek (he's a very bad language teacher but he can replicate verb charts and an overview pretty well). He's been learning English but he's very bad at it, so he can offer conversation practice that will make you feel better about your English skills?
Cosette could offer very limited tours of 1830s France to plausibly faking-respectability women, old people, and children? More usefully and more easily, she could trade for things available in 1830s France, or purchase or commission things that would fit in there. She could teach needlework and, uh, I suppose if anyone wants to learn about 19th century Catholic doctrine? If any woman wants an 1830s-style makeover so they can swan about in floofy petticoats?
...Cosette doesn't have a ton of marketable skills or non-scrutinized outlets for recreation, sorry.
Thor can offer sparring at any level human-normal to really hard-hitting supernatural. He can provide rain, or lightning, or take people flying in a thunderstorm, or flying with Mjölnir, so long as it's in their world or in Milliways. He's available as a hard hitter for fights in your world, so long as a) you're okay with somebody as conspicuous as he tends to be and b) you can convince him that it's in a good cause. Impulsive adventures a specialty! He's available to break up fights as a Security member, and is generally fairly even-handed about it.
Setting violence and thunderstorms aside: He can function as a universal translator between sentient beings, including outside of Milliways. He can almost certainly get your character drunk (although he may get drunk right along with them.) He has some level of magic detection senses, although they're not finely honed and they basically function as well or poorly as the narrative requires. He tends to give surprisingly good life advice.
Kazul can work draconic magic which includes setting things on fire, protecting things from catching fire, some amount of scrying, etc -- canon is pretty vague here, which means I have room to play around. She can fly, and can take your character flying. She has a very respectable library, collection of magical items, and human-sized kitchen, and will take someone back to see any or all of them if she likes them enough. She can obtain and trade for or give out magical items (useful, malfunctioning, or generally macguffin-y) pretty easily. She can offer tours of a magical cave-riddled mountain range, magical forest, or adjacent scenery, although some places are off-limits unless she really likes and trusts you.
Also, you know, there's the Enchanted Forest.

He knows a lot of history, having lived through a lot of it, though it will often be remembered via whomever he was eating/having carnal activities with at the time.
If he likes you, he might agree to play with you, in which case you'll have an opponent that is supernaturally fast, strong, and who can fly. He might even remember not killing you.
He knows a surprising amount of languages, including Ancient Greek and Latin, and is in short not quite as stupid as he sometimes comes across.
His blood has healing properties (but will also often trigger either delusions, heightened senses, or a really insistent sex drive), and he can glamour (or hypnotize) most human beings (at least at home).
He'd be disinclined to offer anything unless he could see a solid business case, concerning blood, sex, future favors owed or all of the above.
Elrond is your guy if you want to know things about Middle-earth. It sort of goes along with being a loremaster. He can cook, mend clothes, sing babies to sleep (and deliver them), sing adults to sleep, listen to your troubles, and fight. As for fighting, he masters large scale strategic battles, but also hand to hand combat, including some really nasty tricks that he learned growing up with the Sons of Feanor.
And there's the healing and the possibility of true, Elven Magic.
He can also be a stand-in Dad if you need one.
