What superpower would your character most want to have? (If they already have superhuman powers, this is in addition to their current power set.) Conversely, what superpower would they be most horrified to get?

B.J - and I think Mako, too - would want super strength. So long as it didn't make Mako lose his bending or make B.J undergo any kind of experimentation process, they'd be cool with it.
I think Ellie would actually be pretty uncomfortable with invisibility. Super-speed would be more her thing. Maverick's too.
Archer already has a canonical superpower - the ability to metabolize alcohol at rates that are on par with a lifelong alcoholic. Because that's basically what he is. If we're talking for-realsies superpowers, he'd probably go with something that made everyone agree with him all the time.
Kuvira wouldn't say no to super strength, but I get the feeling shapeshifting would be more her jam.

Charlie wants to fly. He's done so on three Cubefalls, and loved it.
Kirk would like to never have to sleep. Life's too short for sleep.
Cy and Swamp Thing have enough powers.

Shephard would want Taskmaster's photographic reflexes if it weren't for a) the creator of the primer that made them possible and b) the memory loss that goes with them. Given that earlier Taskmaster issues didn't include the primer and had him demonstrating the photographic reflexes as a child, they might be okay anyway.
Ellen would want something in the brick/invulnerability family. I think 1930s Superman's "nothing less than the force of a bursting shell could penetrate his skin" would probably work. Rogue's draining powers would be on the horror side of the line; she'd wind up wearing her Chinese stealth suit any time the possibility of interacting with other people came up. Ever. For any reason.
Fawkes would like astral projection; he wants to see even more of the world.
Stacker wants Aquaman's ability to survive and kick ass at extreme ocean depths. If you have to ask why I don't think I can help you.
Edward Kenway has had enough rough encounters at sea that he wants weather control, thanks.
El Santo is not sure that he wants superpowers so much as Batman levels of training and skill. But he wouldn't say no to either super-strength or brick-type invulnerability.
Varric wants some kind of Charm Person-type power. Developing his world's magic would probably count for the horrify side of the equation, or at least for some serious WTF.
And Wee Mad Arthur wants density control, so he can make himself immensely heavy JUST as he's about to hit somebody, or possibly near-intangible if he needs to walk out of a bag or something (mostly just the heavy thing, though).

Sam Wilson would take the power of flight. He'd also be tempted with empathy. Mind control would be the power that would horrify him.
Selina would love the power to make illusions, invisibility, or phasing (ala Kitty Pryde). Not sure if any power would horrify her since she'd figure out a way to profit from it.
Rollo would take super strength or invulnerability. Again, can't think of one that would horrify him.
Briareus would love super regeneration. ETA: Sorry, I've been informed that Briareus would like force fields instead.

Lady Mary would be very attracted to Wanda Maximoff's reality manipulation abilities, both because of her ambition and her feeling that major parts of her life are out of her control.
She has no interest at all in being invisible, although I wouldn't say she'd be horrified. I think the most horrifying would be powers that are both harder to control/out of her control and that alter her physical appearance. So Hulk powers would be terrible, and even Kamala Khan's powers would be unwelcome.
Stiles canonically wants to be Batman (or at least he doesn't wanna be Robin all the time) but Batman has no powers? Hmm... his whole role on the show is so much trying to be a hero when he's the only one who doesn't have any super abilities that I keep thinking of other non-powered heroes. Given that, I guess he could really use Wolverine's healing factor. XD

He would be utterly horrified to get any kind of Charm Person or supernaturally charismatic/persuasive power -- especially if there was any risk of using it accidentally. I can't think of anything more guaranteed to make him constantly mistrust himself.
Cosette really loved being a lark at Cubefall. If she could have some kind of shapechanging power that allowed for that, she would love it. Alternately, some sort of cheering/relaxing and/or healing power.
This is sort of shallow (except in the ways it's kind of backstory-related), but: she would hate to have any kind of power that made her monstrous-looking. Especially large and monstrous.
Thor... gosh. Power to compel others to tell the truth, maybe. Or ability to shield other people somehow? The first would probably come to mind more readily if he got to request one.
It's hard to think what superpower he'd be horrified to have. He and various friends of his already have a lot! Some kind of emotional/spiritual/energy vampirism, maybe.
Kazul already has plenty, between being a dragon and being able to work magic. It could be handy to be able to shrink and use human-sized stuff, but pride might get in the way of her using that ability if she did have it. So -- I dunno, that or invisibility? Or reliable, non-cryptic foresight. Foresight of what the wizards are getting up to would specifically be handy.
She'd hate anything that limited her current powers, especially fire and flight, or anything that cost her any of her senses (especially hearing or taste), but that's not really a power so much as a side effect. Hmm. I'll have to ponder this. Kazul rolls pretty well with abilities, on the whole.

Will wouldn't mind being able to turn into a fox sometimes, he liked being that shape. Of all the magic powers and such that Will's seen in Milliways, the ones that horrify him the most are the ability to create pain like the Crucio curse and possession. William doesn't have anything that would horrify him.
Moist would like to either be able to shapeshift, charm people with his voice, become invisible or run really fast. Powers that horrify him is trickier, he has reasons for distrusting vampires and werewolves but that's not the same as horrify. I think something that can make someone resist persuasion would make him highly uncomfortable.
I'm not really not sure for Jane, she's never been that interested in powers or magic, she knows just enough of them from Milliways to be wary. Compelling powers disturb her.
Ivan would like to be invisible sometimes, it would have made some situations much simpler. In terms of horrifying, shapeshifting makes him uncomfortable and anything that gives someone else power over you.
Technically Tumnus is a magical creature but compared to the abilities of my others, not really. The Queen's ability to turn anyone to stone still terrifies him. He wouldn't mind the power to be invisible sometimes, that would have been useful during the Long Winter.
The rest all have powers but the horrifying isn't too hard to sort out.
Charles is horrified by any power that takes from others, energy sucking ones disturb him.
Quentin doesn't like anything that allows you to steal someone's control or transform them without asking.
Sameth hates necromancy, any variety and vampires make him nervous for the same reason.
If it has to do with death and destruction, Demeter doesn't want anything to do with it. Imagine her glaring at Hades, Zeus and Poseidon here.

Henry - Would hate having Cyclops' laser eyes, that just seems awful to him. Also would hate being Hulk. Kitty Pryde's power is super-useful, though, he'd like that. (He's a Marvel fan, or else he'd be wanting a Green Lantern ring, I think.)
Evelyn - is screwed over by her own superpowers already, and she doesn't even have the unique one yet. She doesn't want more.
Lois - Hmm. She will eventually have the answer of "I wouldn't mind flight if it came with no strings attached, but I don't need any." At her current point, she would probably make some unwise choice about the power and have and Adventure and then lose it/give it up. (Smallville, that's how this sort of thing rolls.) ...That said, uh, I think everyone can agree she could use a healing factor boost because Lois. Generally, though, she wouldn't want superpower because most of them in Smallville canon are meteor-derived and usually result in psychotic breaks.
Tavi - Has lived through (almost) no superpowers and having All The Superpowers. He doesn't want or need any, though he's perfectly comfortable being a walking nuke, too (and currently it makes his life easier). If he had to pick an addition, he might go for telekinesis. It's generally useful. He'd probably be put off by any form of vampirism; he doesn't like the thought of being a parasite.
Anakin - Would love to be able to just prevent or reverse death. He'd be horrified if he suddenly developed Dark Side skill tree abilities. (Feel free to point and laugh.)
WAY fucking late.
Garyn at this point in canon would want the power to turn back time. There's a lot he regrets. Later in canon, he'll acquire an awful lot of powers, as well as enchanted items and alchemical potions that do most of the things he wants.
Raiden would want the power to restore the dead to life - truly alive, not as revenants. It would give him the power to undo his greatest failure - the deaths of Liu Kang, Kung Lao, and the other Earthrealm warriors. He believes that all power is a burden in some way - he could think of a case against any power a god or mortal can have.
Sheogorath is not lacking in any power that a madgod could want. Nor can he think of any power he'd find undesirable.

Dixie: All the lorelei powers ever. Magical singing would probably be quite useful in her situation.
Juliet: Super strength and/or super truth detecting powers.
Pinkie Pie: The power of laughter magnified forty-fold. NOW SHE CAN MAKE THE WORLD SMILE
Eponine: Magic romantic powers of charm.
