Yrael: Feast He sleeps as much as he wants, when he wants. Sunshine: Famine She never gets enough sleep, and what sleep she does get is punctuated by nightmares.
Terrible. She's an insomniac who has nightmares when she does sleep. This leads to many late nights of drinking and many early mornings with sunglasses.
Enjolras is something of a night owl, prone to staying up way too late reading or working and then... well, sleeping late if he can, but he'll get up and go if he has somewhere to be, and he's generally good at functioning on low sleep. At Milliways his schedule is further off whack than it was in life, because here he has electric lighting and a giant library and really nowhere to be. He's also prone to getting into mutually reinforced "let's just stay up being nerds and/or working on the cause" spirals with friends (looking especially at you, Combeferre.)
Cosette is something of a night owl, I think, given her canonical propensity for hanging out in her garden in the middle of the night. But otherwise she probably gets a reasonable amount of sleep.
Kazul gets eight hours every night, thank you. (Except when she gets caught up in a project or something but shhhh. Mostly she does!)
Thor is an Asgardian, and by my millicanon doesn't need sleep with the same kind of regularity as a human. Like, he does tend to sleep most nights, and he needs about the same sleep-to-wakefulness proportion overall as a human, but he can go a whole lot longer without feeling the effects of sleep dep. Sprawling in a comfy bed is pretty great, though.
Trowa is diligent, not necessarily about exact bedtimes and wake-up times (and traveling all over the world and space colonies muddles that anyway) but about getting his full 8-or-whatever hours per night. He can and will run himself into the ground if he needs to, but he doesn't want to be running on sleep dep if he doesn't need to; he wants to meet any emergency situation with full reserves, as much as possible.
River is a morning person. She isn't dutiful about her sleep as a matter of principle (Trowa) or cantankerous age (Kazul), but she does keep to a pretty regular-by-ship-time circadian rhythm, and probably her meds are also not entirely irrelevant to that.
Cassie sleeps better than you'd expect, though she had her share of nightmares in the time after she was possessed by blood magik. Fortunately for her, she doesn't appear to suffer from PTSD from what I can see in canon. Not yet, anyway.
Garyn is...not so fortunate. He was in solitary for so long that he had trouble discerning . He's able to function in the world basically from the sheer refusal to stand still that his years of training conditioned into him.
Raiden and Sheogorath are gods. They don't require sleep.
Combeferre is perpetually sleep-deprived. He has a gazillion interests, including political and social causes that require work to be done at certain times, and--during his lifetime--classes and patients. He also has friends willing to enable him in his questionable life choices.
Jehan Prouvaire stays up late a lot, but also has no problem sleeping through half the day and taking random naps, so it more or less evens out.

The Count should be asleep during the day, but he isn't, his kids are always waking him up.
Daniel and Vala- well, the nature of their work means that time change is inevitable.
NAruto- can fall asleep in a tree.
Tegid is probably the only one that can sleep, though he does have nightmares more often than not now. Thanks Millicanon.
You know Tass sleeps well too.
But for the most part bad.

Juliet: Chipper morning person ne plus ultra
Dixie: Doesn't rise before noon on any given day.
Pinkie: Up early and to bed late - and NEVER SHOWS THE EFFECTS EVER
Eponine: Is often left to her fathers whims IE the family schedule and the thieving it contains. Is often up late with her own loneliness anyway.
