Wee Update
Until second notice, whenever anyone talks to Bill, he'll give only vague answers (especially to questions about his recent past). If someone tries to pin him down with specific questions about his recent past, he'll become very agitated and confused, and he's likely to have a panic attack and flee.
This is until I get the final adjustments done to my emergency plot. :D

ETA: It doesn't really have a lot to do with this but I'll be pretty unreachable this next weekend. I'll probably be found only Saturday during the day (morning for U.S. people) and Sunday night.
