DE: But does it have antitoxins?
Since I just got through with a health screening at work, how much attention does your pup give to their health? Do they make sure they get regular exercise? Are they careful about the foods they eat? Or do they just figure their body will take care of itself?

And yes, she's a terrible patient when sick.

Do not take health advice from this woman. For real.

Izana does take care of themself and sees it as a duty.
Ahsoka and Quinlan come from a reality with bacta and advanced medical science. Taking care of one's health doesn't seem to be something that is considered. Add in the fact that they are both jedi trained and you have two folks who don't bother worrying about injuries or illness or the like.
Hank follows the FDA nutritional guidelines and likely sticks to whatever CIA physical routine guidelines existed. Of course he's not with the CIA any longer so things may slide.
Sam takes very good care of himself as he enjoys the feel of a healthy, active body.
Briareus and Luidaeg don't have to bother with takign care of themselves. Well, in theory Briareus could suffer from poor nutrition but he's limited in what sorts of foods he can get a hold of right now.

Maverick and B.J keep good habits, but they're more lax than the guys up top.
Archer drinks enough to drown an Irishman on a daily basis, and does not PT at all. Canonically, he's able to keep up his looks because Genetics.
Ellie doesn't actively keep any of this stuff in mind.

The rest are fairly casual about it, within the standards of their time periods.

Javert is kind of healthy by default of walking everywhere, every day of his life, and a lot of physical exercise working in a forge since coming to Milliways. Plus not indulging in anything, except the occasional pinch of snuff. His diet is not the healthiest simply because it's mostly bread, cheese, the odd bit of meat and a few potatoes. On the other hand, no sugar, very little fat, very little alcohol. In short, no, he doesn't give it attention but it kind of happens anyway.
Valjean doesn't pay it much attention. This is partly because he barely eats, and when he does he goes for the most austere meal Cosette allows him to get away with. And partly because he has a superhumanly strong body which has always sort of worked amazingly without much thought from him. Even before nineteen years of hard physical labour, he was massively strong, and it just seems to have stayed with him up until the end of his life.
Courfeyrac - ahaha, no. He drinks, he indulges, he enjoys himself. And will continue to do so now he's dead. :\
Bruce Wayne - yes, obsessively. Everything is healthy, because he needs to be as sharp as he can be, at all times.
Bruce Banner - not especially. As himself, he's a scholar. He's more used to spending long hours inside, working late in labs and living on coffee and takeout pizza. He's healthier these days because controlling his body is important, and he runs and does thai chi, but it's only because he has to. It's not his natural state. Besides, the other guy is completely ripped, so it's already in him somewhere.
Pearly Soames - doesn't care, doesn't think about it, does what he likes.
Moriarty is in pretty good shape, but nothing excessive. He indulges a bit, works out a bit, and mainly does it to look good rather than be healthy. He doesn't plan on living all that long, anyway. Or at least accepts it as a possibility, so why bust his ass more than he needs to?
Jack Aubrey - ahahaha. Well, he doesn't have to worry about his health because he has Stephen to do it for him. He's not very fit because sailors aren't, and he eats so much. His weight is constantly around sixteen stone, and then sinks by four or five whenever he gets sick/shipwrecked/imprisoned. And then goes back up again. In short, he is aware of not being that healthy, but he just sort of carries on and expects everything to be all right in the end.

Henry - has PE at school, and Regina feeds him right.
Evelyn - mostly eats whatever's on in the cafeteria (there is one, right?) at the Circle. It's probably healthy. She gets some exercise, mostly some basic self-defense training. She's going to get a lot more later.
Lois - Technically has a black belt! And she kind of exercises. She's pretty distracted with work these days, though. Eating... man, if she didn't have people keeping an eye on her food intake sometimes she would not be the healthiest.
Tavi - Well, his work is in great part physical right now, so he's incredibly fit. He eats well when he eats, which is likely not as often as he should. He's actually a little too lean right now. He'll put on some weight once he's not wearing 80 pounds of armor every day. Still fit--always will be--but not quite so whipcord.
Anakin - Jedi knight actively in a war. Even setting aside bacta tanks and medical technology, and being a Jedi and all... He probably also does not eat as much as he should, or as often as he should, but enough to stay healthy and he's all about the physical activity. All the time.

Charles pays attention, he jogs and does other exercise, he tries to be thoughtful in what he eats, but he does indulge in Scotch and other things.
Quentin shouldn't be as healthy as he is, teenage plus Fae metabolism means he can get away with eating horrible junk food and stay slim. He does work out as part of his training but that's part of being a squire. He worries more about Toby's health as she forgets to eat and go out sometimes.
William doesn't really get the whole watch what you eat and exercise modern idea, he's healthy for his era but has always been more concerned that Mark and his mother have enough and good enough food. He's in good shape mainly because he does a highly physical job.
Moist does his best to look sharp and keep fast on his feet but he's never had too much worry about what he's eating and running is part of his life. I somehow forgot him for yesterday's DE too.
Jane doesn't think too much about what she eats other than helping plan meals and she enjoys walking.
Sameth likes to eat and is kind of aware of eating sort of well which is mainly a leftover from being an athlete at Somersby. He doesn't really control what's for dinner at Belisaere and his work keeps him fairly fit.
Ivan works out as he's part of an active military and he enjoys it, he likes what his body can do and wants to be in good shape for his job and his wife. He likes indulging in wine and good food.
Demeter is a goddess and can look however she wants but also a goddess of agriculture so farm fresh food is how she works and she loves to cook.
Tumnus would be confused by the whole idea of paying attention to what you eat and exercising. I think he actually doesn't eat that much, but he savors what he has. Too many long and cold years during the Long Winter.

Jean Prouvaire is, the occasional indulgence in opiates notwithstanding, actually better about his health than his fellow dead Frenchman. He eats regularly, sleeps regularly, and has experimented with vegetarianism, leading him to eat more vegetables than many of his class and era.
Brienne of Tarth is fairly careful, adjusting for pseudo-medieval Europe standards. She knows as a trained fighter she needs to keep her strength up. She tries not to skip meals or sleep.

Cosette eats healthily adjusted for her era, which since she's only an occasional visitor to Milliways doesn't mean too many vegetables. But Valjean always insisted on her having the best, and she insisted on him eating the same as much as she could. She's not actively athletic, but she does like taking long walks, so she's not sedentary. I don't know how she is with illness or injury -- she'd like to think she's sensible, but actually she'd probably shrug it off more than she should, between the obliviousness of general good health and Valjean's bad example. She likes to take care of other people enough that Marius or Valjean could persuade her that turnabout is fair play, though.
Kazul eats a generally balanced diet despite her sweet tooth, and is a reasonably active dragon. She's probably a terrible sulky patient when she has a cold, though, and either acts as if she can ignore illness out of existence or wallows in sneezy sulkiness, depending.
Thor is totally cavalier about all of it. On the other hand, he can afford to be.
