Life Support/Milliscouts Leaders
Hi guys,
Life Support
In the cast list reboot we lost Connor and Thirteen, whose players have been very kindly helping Guppy with Life Support for the last couple years. I just want to take the opportunity to thank them for all their help.
For those of you who don't know, Life Support is an IC support group for pups in crisis, who find it all a bit too weird, or just need someone to chat to. It offers counselling an a source of free safe food. It technically is supposed to run on the first Tuesday of the month, but I work funny hours and sometimes forget, so it sometimes runs when I remember and gather everyone.
I think we get enough hits that it's worth carrying on occasionally, so Guppy will be looking to recruit two more volunteers.
This is a fairly informal job and you don't have to do very much.
OOC preferences:
1. Willing to participate in one EP a month with the group.
2. Contactable on AIM at some time between 9-11pm GMT on a regular basis for me to go 'can I put Life Support up' at you.
(N.b. This is open to any player but if I don't know who you are and can't contact you at all, you won't get the job)
3. Able to nudge me if I forget/occasionally set up the LS post if I am working etc.
IC requirements:
1. Pup needs to be around reasonably often IC
2. Pup needs to be over 16 (or equivalent developmental age for species)
3. Pup needs to be able to interact with upset people in a sympathetic manner and maintain confidentiality within the group. What they do outside of Life Support is totally their own business.
4. Brief interview with Guppy.

Milliscouts
Thirteen and Connor were also officially on the Milliscout leader roster as this was an offshoot of Life Support - again, thanks to their muns for this. Jay Todd will be joining the roster in their place as he has been volunteering with the group for a while. We are not recruiting any more leaders at this time but non-threatening guest leaders are, as always, welcome.

If there's more than two applicants, I'll pick a mix of leaders so that people have options who they talk to. Also if I remember correctly, Cadfael's advice isn't just about prayer anyway, so I'm sure it should apply to lots of people.
