Stand in DE
It's nearly 9am here on the West COast of the US, so I'm going to go ahead and steal the DE. Let's do a simple one since I am feeling lagged:
What’s one skill your character really wishes they had?

Viola is approaching a point in canon when she'll very badly wish she knew how to duel.
Segundus wishes he could do magic, of course. Lately, Arabella is also starting to think that would be pretty useful.

Ahsoka, I think, kind of wishes she knew some sort of crafting skill. Jedi training doesn't allow for a lot of free time though.

Do you want tomorrow's?

Taking care of a sick kid is more important than the DE. Trust me, I feel you.

More mundanely, he'd like to be a better singer. He sings! He does!...He just doesn't sing well.
Bahorel:...would also like to learn how that whole healing-magic-thing works.
More mundanely- although he would argue at length that it's not mundane-- he'd like to be a better writer, especially with poetry. He can write an article well enough, or tell a story fine in person, but poetry? Written fiction? He's totally hack level, and he knows it.

Charles would love telekinesis on a very selfish level, while on a deeper one, he wishes he could make people trust more easily. Even with his skills, he can't manage that.
Quentin, hm, I don't think its in terms of a skill for him that I can think of. There are times he'd like to have some other kinds of magic as they'd be useful but in terms of what he's learning, he's covering much of what he needs and wants to know. I might think of something later.
William would like to know another language and be able to seem not as uneducated as he feels.
Moist is always up for learning new skills such as various details for forgery, languages and how to pass within certain groups.
Sameth wishes he knew more of how to be a good politician like his sister, enough that he doesn't feel so foolish.
Jane has a list and a lot of it includes skills learned from living elsewhere. She also wouldn't mind learning more of what are considered masculine skills like shooting.
Ivan would like to learn some of how Miles makes reality bend to his will, he wouldn't want to use it but he'd like to know how if he needed to.
Demeter is always up for learning new recipes.
Tumnus would like to learn much more of how to be a good advisor to the Pevensies, he worries that he doesn't know enough.

Brienne of Tarth: Dancing. She doesn't know how. She's faked her way through it before but she really can't, and it's the one feminine accomplishment she truly misses having.
Combeferre: He's pretty much picked up most of the skills that were important to him in life. But in Milliways, he would like to be able to play a musical instrument. He somehow never learned while alive.
Jehan Prouvaire: He would like to be able to do emergency medicine using modern methods. He can in fact learn this in Milliways, and may do so at some point.

Hard to blame her really, considering how most 19th century priests would have treated her.
