How do your pups define pleasure? It can be as simple as the first bite of a freshly made burrito.

Javert - uhhhhh. A long-planned arrest coming to fruition? A good pinch of snuff after earning it, by his own standards? There's not a lot else to compare to. He's not one to take pleasure in much.
Valjean - just being with Cosette.
Courfeyrac - EVERYTHING. There's nothing you can't enjoy, if you want to. His favourite things are hanging out with his friends and having a full, in-depth, heated and frank discussion about politics and whatnot. And sex.
Jim - meeting an equal opponent. Such a rare thing, and he can't stay away from it when it shows up. It's like a drug.

Sabine: Getting inspired for an art piece, making art, bringing in a bounty, music. In the future, helping people in need for no other reason than that she can.
Hank: Learning his body's potential, reading Shakespeare, proving a theory, finding and rescuing a fellow mutant, giving them a home.
Rollo: Drinking, sex, fighting, mushrooms, riding a ship through a storm, whatever really. He's not picky.
Sam: Flying. Helping someone find emotional peace. A glass of cold OJ after a run. Making breakfast for friends.
Amelia: The close of a profitable deal, new alcohols, new books, new magic.
Izana: Pranks, scenic views, urban legends (can they be urban on a colony space ship?), piloting a garde.
Selina: Looking down on Gotham, a successful pick pocket, feeding stray cats.
Eliot Waugh: Whatever chases away the existential ennui of life.

There are a lot of other abstract concepts that would fit under satisfaction or joy or so forth, but pleasure seems more quietly personal, as this question frames it.
Cosette: A bird singing. A well-kept garden at sunrise, with the dew gleaming on every leaf and petal. Soft bread, fresh fruit, sugared cakes. Her husband's face. Her father's smile. A hug. The sight of herself in a favorite dress.
...I could go on. Cosette has lots and lots of simple pleasures.
Thor: A good fight. A good feast. A good joke. Any kind of (weather-type) storm, especially if he's in the middle of it. Thor's a very physical, in-the-moment kind of guy.
Kazul: Starting or finishing a good book, whether new or a reread. Talking to somebody interesting. Cherries jubilee. A good cup of tea. Delicious food in general, especially the first bite. The air under her wings and sunlight shining down.

Charles: First sip of tea in the morning, the music of thoughts in a place of joy, first drink of Scotch at the end of the day, smell of a library or bookstore, feeling safe in someone's arms
Quentin: A hot meal on a cold day, Toby smiling, napping under a pile of cats
William: Hot coffee, the quiet of the range, hearing Mark breathing easily, his Mother smiling, a new book and time
Moist: Open road with no one behind him, a new place where no one knows him, a finely made suit, when a plan works
Sameth: The feel of the Charter, when a project works, time with Kait or Nick, his parents home and safe
Jane: Time to write, hot tea and the time to drink it, her family, lovely music to dance to and her choice of partners, a new book
Ivan: Time with Tej, Miles and his mother safe, a glass of wine, warm dinner
Demeter: Time with Kore, the land growing, smell of bread baking, children growing and laughing
Tumnus: Lucy smiling, Narnia in spring, fresh baked crumpets with butter, time to read

And in a more visceral sense: Chocolate and strawberries. A long hot bath with oils and someone to comb her hair. A warm, lazy afternoon in bed, er, reading. Yes that's it. Reading.

Juliet: Cuffing a perp and kicking his ass; coffee.
kissing Shawn in front of those fallsPinkie: Making somebody smile!
Eponine: The feeling of being regarded as important.
