DE: Lights, camera, action!
Kind of inspired by the Academy Awards, Milliways is now a stage production. How or why? I don't know. The question, is your pup part of the production crew (stagehand, director, props creation, etc.) or are they on the stage performing?

Zecora does special effects.

Given the natural of Milliways, let's say this production does have stunt people. :)

Ahsoka strikes me as a stunt person and occasional extra.
Izana is a stage hand and occasional extra, though they would also help with coreography.
Hank is totally backstage, likely as a stagehand and working out the complicated rigging, trapdoors, and backdrops.
Rollo is on stage and struggling to be the star.
Eliot (I will play him, eventually) is on stage and stealing any scene he is in.
Sam is on stage and has a great range. He can play supporting characters or protagonists, as the story requires.
Selina is on stage and helps with any dance or fighting choreography.
Amelia would be the producer.

Pam is also a performer, the difficult-to-work-with and demanding diva. (Eric is her agent? haha)
Floki is the props builder!

Kylo probably has a bit part, but he hates it.

Feuilly is happy to work on sets; he's an excellent painter and can do a reasonable amount of light construction.
Bossuet is an actor, but he literally breaks a leg on opening night so his brave understudy takes over.
Gredya doesn't approve of theater.
Djehuty will happily just watch. How lovely, a performance!
Helen Ramirez is on stage and should have gotten a bigger part.
The Chief wants to be on stage but gets talked into being props master because they seriously need someone who can be in charge of things. (It turns out to be much more interesting, anyway.)

Quentin has a small part on stage but everyone keeps talking about how he needs a bigger role.
Charles is a writer but has been in productions, now he prefers to do more of the dramaturg work.
Jane is a playwright who has helped mount small scale productions of her own works and knows how every aspect works.
William manages the animals and stagehand jobs.
Moist begins with a bit part, gets a larger one and tries to steal the show.
Sameth is the resident engineer and keeps all the various machines working and invents new odd devices.
Demeter keeps everyone fed and is the theater mother.
Tumnus works in the costume shop and is the unofficial historian.
I miss the theater, great DE.

Thor, on the other hand, is gleefully on stage. He's not a very good actor unless he's basically playing himself, but he'd have fun. He wouldn't be much good backstage unless you want him to lift heavy things (he can do that!) or maybe provide an extremely convincing and somewhat hazardous lightning effect.
Cosette would have fun acting (albeit at a very high school play level) if she were from a different background, but actress is... not a super respectable profession in her day. At Milliways, since it's a different thing, she'd... hmm. She'd have fun doing some kind of creative or decorative thing, like working on props or costume trim (not fittings, though), if it was under somebody else's direction. Or fundraising and publicity or something, in a very 19th century bourgeois lady face-to-face kind of way.
Kazul would be willing to be talked into acting, and would prove to have a surprising talent for it. And also a surprising stock of stories of theater in her youth, which she could be prevailed upon to tell if she likes you and you bribe her a little. She would enjoy herself thoroughly. She's also available for special effects via draconic magic. (Not limited to breathing fire, but definitely including that.)

Harry would refuse, because plays are stupid and those aren't even real fights, it's stupid.
Segundus would also try to refuse, but could probably be pressed into service in some minor capacity because he's too polite to refuse. Marius is probably the same (though in this case, Cosette could persuade him to help her or something).
Liz would help paint backdrops, or something similar.
Viola would try to refuse, but a series of wacky events would probably result in her somehow accidentally being forced to play the lead.

Yrael will compose such a score as never has been heard before, that will make up for any lackluster acting (he says). ^_^

Henry is the kid of one of the investors or something who is hanging around the edges very much wanting to go on-stage himself.
R2-D2 is an under-appreciated stage-hand who fixes all the problems.
Evelyn is an understudy for the diva who has way more talent than she realizes and someone will at some point notice this.
Lois actually has two options:
a) Stage manager!
b) The journalist sent to write up the review and frankly this is not her usual beat and she doesn't want to be here so she's already in a bad mood going in.
Anakin is the action star who does all his own stunts and has talent
unlike Hayden Christiensen, but who can be a trial if the wrong switches in his brain are flipped. Performance is worth it, so long as you're willing to live with the risk. He would also totally coach anyone who wanted on proper stage combat. And real combat, because he's probably a bit of a method actor.Tavi... uh. I... I don't know, actually. He's probably done a little of everything--bit part extra, stunt work, tech work (construction and design and all), acting in actual roles up to leading role, at some point in his life. Maybe now he's moved on to directing. Or else he just inherited ownership theater and is busy making sure it not only stays afloat but becomes highly successful while everyone else puts on shows. Or a combination of the above because he is kind of like that.

Dixie: In the lead, in one form or another.
Juliet: Choreographer; anything especially active or assertive.
Eponine: works in the rigging but knows exactly how the production is going.
Pinkie: Performer!
