I stealing the topic today. Inspired by Clive Standen's Instagram (wherein he's be trolling team Ragnar a lot)...
Social media has come to Milliways. I don't know how, perhaps through the t-minuses. What sort of social media would your pup gravitate towards and what would their content be? Feel free to make up a new Milliways specific type of social media. = ]

uses it to terrifying resultsprimarily uses it to spread awareness of up and coming music talent. Fans follow his account for the occasional posts where the Bright Shiner shares his own original music, which blows everything else out of the water.Sunshine would spend her time curating a fantastic baking vegetarian food blog, answering questions and demystifying some of the trickier aspects of complex baking.

Rollo would have an Instagram as well. At present, he'd likely post pictures of him being awesome and embarrassing pictures of his brother. Floki and other members of the band would get better treatment and he'd also post pictures of places they're raiding. He might get into memes once he understood the basics. He'd likely get the meme all wrong regardless.
Ahsoka has something like Twitter where she posts random thoughts which range from examining Jedi teachings to silly things her Master has done. Maybe jokes on occasion. Selfies with the Clones and Anakin would happen of course.
Hank would have a fairly verbose blog which would read as half "Popular Mechanics" and half "Rolling Stones", with the odd social essay thrown in from time to time. I think he would also have a Soundcloud and use it to track new artists and share them to help them get exposure.
Sabine would have an art blog which would just have sketches and pics of tags she's left behind. Later, it'd include Rebel propaganda and reports of things the Empire would rather was not published.
Izana would have a travel blog and would feature pictures from the more unique features of Sidonia as well as any places she's visited from Milliways. The pics would be pretty artistic and have a peaceful composition.
Eliot would be terrible about updating his and it would most likely just be cocktail recipes and occasional witticisms. Perhaps the occasional quote form Oscar Wilde to mix things up.
Sam would likely have a very social conscious blog. He'd post articles about poor treatment of vets and minorities, but mix in feel good quotes and affirmations. A fair number of selfies with him and other members of the Avengers and other famous folks would happen as well. As many times as he's posted pics of him with Maria Hill or Nick Fury, they never seem to upload though.
And the pup that's waiting on the wings, Tybalt would have a fashion blog and would tag certain people whom he thought the look would fit best. Toby gets tagged at least five times a day and ignores all of them most like.
And bonus points: new pup I am kind of thinking about would post history bits with seemingly first person corrections of articles.

Pam would be a Pinterest kind of girl, and her collections would naturally consist of fashion. And lots and lots of shoes. She would occasionally use Tumblr to reblog witty misanthropic/antisocial quotes.
I think Floki would take to Facebook. He'd be like that one overly religious friend you have, except instead of posting memes that say things like "Jesus saves, share if you agree" of course they'd say "share in the name of Odin the Allfather." He would read comments and then get into arguments. And he would repost HGTV and life hack videos.

Are there specialized social media platforms for academics? Because that is what Swamp Thing would use. He would love to keep up with the wide world of botany and horticulture that he misses from the old days.
Charlie would be trolling every thing he could. Facebook is especially useful for such things to him.
Kirk has no interest in social media.
And Knox...reporters are expected to have Twitter handles now, and to be well versed in such things. But what he really likes to do is blogging.

(So what if he knows which filter makes him look the best on Insta?Total coincidence. )

(Except that he'd kind of be a little disappointed if one of his photos didn't get at the very least two likes)

Lesgle probably tries to informally coordinate with Joly about who keeps up with what. He's also a terrible evil meanie jerk who takes advantage of Joly staying logged in to take over Joly's FB and tumblr (...I mean I'm assuming Joly is -at least- on there) and post pictures of Joly sleeping with the cats on top of him.

Charles would run a blog on mutant issues and be on Twitter to connect with educators and politicians. He still comments on science blogs and articles but under a pseudonym. His students convince him to get an Instagram and he has a Facebook and when he was at Oxford, there were pictures of science and fun nights out.
Quentin is definitely on various social media platforms as he's a teen who has access to a fancy phone that works in the Summerlands. He tends to post delicious food he's eaten, books, sometimes video games, not a lot of selfies because the one time he did that, he suddenly had a lot of followers going wow, you're hot. He still follows some of the people he knew from high school but under a different name.
William would post on Instagram, lovely and simple pictures of going out riding but not a lot about himself. Sometimes bragging on his brother who keeps encouraging him to actually do a blog about being a cowboy.
Sameth would have a Tumblr, Instagram and blog focused on what he's making and then a more official Twitter and Facebook for official stuff. He has an entire following of people who try to replicate the kinds of things he makes and people try to convince him to sell them, usually he gives them away when his workshops too crowded.
Jane has a number of different presences that range from polite and what the world expects to posts that get passed around the internet where she dissects society. People argue if the author and the person writing the posts are the same person, everyone knows they must be but she keeps everything just separate enough.
Ivan, hm, he's from a pretty technological world but I don't think social media ever comes up, there's clearly broadcast news. I think he wouldn't be on a lot of social things but he'd watch them, too easy to make a misstep and he's one of those guys who on his older Facebook and Twitter feeds are pictures of him drunk. Now he uses Instagram and Twitter to share more culturally appropriate things as an ambassador with lots of images of his lovely wife, Tej.
Demeter would run a food and farming blog, at the moment, there's a lot of discussion of refugees. Kore's on more platforms but between the two of them they connect and let people know where to find food or if they need help.
Tumnus runs a blog about the history of Narnia and baking with occasional pictures of the Pevensies or travels.

He would also have a Slashdot-style message board (remember Slashdot?) for discussing magical theories and techniques. I have a feeling something like that exists in his universe.
