DE: Remembering the Fallen
So Memorial Day has me wondering if your canons have any specific traditions for remembering those who died in the line of duty.
Bonus: In case that's a little too heavy for you today, how about posting in with help you might be looking for with some upcoming canon/plot?

Sabine: I am not certain of Mandalorian death practices.
Eliot, Hank, Selina, and Sam all come from world's mostly equivalent to ours as far as memorials would go.
Rollo: However the vikings honored their dead. I am still waking up and so don't want to go and research, but pyre boats come to mind as well as feasting and drinking. Songs as well, if memory and their fame serves.
Izana: Funeral practices are much like those of modern day Japan except the body is cremated and turned to reusable compounds (I am guessing added to fertilizer) since there is just not enough space on Sidonia for graves. There are headstones and an alcove/altar type area to honor the recently fallen.
Bonus question: Hank will be looking for anyone to help him make the comic book image inducer so that in the future he may attend practical medical classes in his world. This would basically be a holographic projector that would make him seem pink and non-furry. I'm open to other ideas that would accomplish the same thing.

Karkat personally wears a cuff on his wrist with the signs of all his friends, many of whom are dead, though.

I am looking for volunteers to accept a special interdimensional delivery from a smart-mouthed Kourier. Yes, we know that the Bar usually just conjures stuff up from somewhere in time and space, but this time she will be unable or unwilling to do so. For Reasons.
Anyway. This package is addressed to you by name. Maybe you ordered it yourself somehow. Maybe you are expecting it. Maybe you know what's inside. Maybe none of these things are true and it's a total surprise!
The Kourier doesn't know who ordered the package or what's in it, and to be perfectly honest she doesn't give a shit about that. She just wants your signature confirming receipt of delivery before she hands the package over.
If you're interested, IM me (BookBeast4) if I'm available, or PM the character journal if I'm not.
