Karkat would probably cease to function without his sylladex (inventory management system). Especially because he wouldn't be able to walk around with a full selection of weapons available to him if shit goes down.

Sam: His phone. He needs to stay in contact with so many people, not to mention his music collection, that to lose it would seriously cramp his style.

Though she doesn't often have it with her in Milliways, Rae would regret the loss of her combox. She uses the globenet to participate in various baking and food-related sites and discussion groups, and to keep up with the latest news on the Others. She also has difficulty sleeping in worlds without magic, as she's used to sleeping behind a good array of home wards.

Paper. At least, cheap, abundant, consistently high-quality paper.

We take paper for granted now and may jokingly refer to it as "dead tree technology," but back in the 10th century (when Seimei was mortal), paper was an expensive luxury item because it was difficult to produce.

Teleportation magics!

Spells are applications of magic theory. It counts as tech!

And, yeah Amascut is a goddess and all, but she likes pretending to be a mortal. It makes things easier to explain.

Fairy Fixit works in teleportation so its sorta cheating to pick that for her, but she can't really pick otherwise and even then there are different methods of teleportation too. All tech is too awesome to go without.
