Most of what I've done this week hasn't been RP. I traveled back and forth to New Hampshire for a job interview that I think went pretty well. I loaded up an mp3 player with music for my sister for when she's getting her treatments and did some substituting.

I wrote a blog post on my librarian blog.

Jim and Sameth tried another experiment, they're so fascinating and that EPs still open.

Quentin and Tim Drake confuse each other. I love the paranoia in this thread. He has also finds it troubling that Yamato has an even more stupidly dangerous life.

There's an OOM going on that involves Ivan being really stupid that's a huge amount of fun.

I dropped a potential new pup--Sans the Skeleton from Undertale--into MM and PFSB. I'm still unsure of whether or not I want to app him, but if I do it won't be until July at the earliest because I'm going to be out of town for most of this month.

I am currently watching "Preacher" and am fighting with every ounce of my sanity left to not app Cassidy the alcoholic vampire. It's only the second episode, but there's the comic book series that it was based on which I've read, but...I really love the TV version. Crappity crap. I expect we'll see him in a sandbox or test drive.

Oh no. I was afraid the show would be good. Loved the comics and loved Cassidy. If you do toss him in a sandbox, I might have a Skinner Sweet for him to meet.

Oh man, the show is SO good. AMC kept showing encores of the pilot and I think I watched it like...five times. It's really different from the comics, though, but the themes and the essence are basically spot on. And the violence is just the right amount of insane for television.

Garth Ennis said in an interview that it was clever that they'd cast Cassidy as Cassidy, they just went out and found him, haha.

It's been a weird weekend, with my husband back in the hospital--he'll be okay, it's just, mehhhhh--but I had some much-needed distracty fun with bored Hal and Jim. No idea what may come of this, but I kind of love how Jim brings out the worst in Hal.
