What is your pup's earliest memory? What about one of their favorite?
ETA: With Cubefall landing right before the 15th, I think I am going to wait until the 21st for the next fight club. Also, I seem to be short of RPG spoons, so I may just handwave Sam building the rings.

Sam: Not getting an answer for the earliest memory, but best memory is tied between the first time he tested the wings and the first time he met Steve.

So sorry.

And I can see Anakin being impressed with Ahsoka much earlier than he ever expressed it.

I'm still sorry he is the worst.
Accepting her when he was dead set against a padawan is an indirect expression of serious approval--his little smile for her and her smile when he's like "Hey, she's got potential"--so that was almost immediate, but actual outright "You were really good I'm impressed" definitely took a while. Because Anakin is, as noted, the worst.

His favorite memory is... almost certainly something that happened in Milliways. Within canon, though, when he is taking a melancholy look down the barrel of almost certain death, he and Kanaya exchange memories of holidays with their lusii.

Eriond: Zedar telling him he has an errand for him.
Evelyn: Peering around a corner seeing fancy dresses and stuff, I think.
Lois: Sun through the glass blue bird her mom put in the window in a new place, her mom's hug, and understanding That Bird Means Home.
R2-D2: Instant after he was turned on.
Anakin: Sand (sorry everyone!) and Shmi's scent; the change to fear under slavery is next.
Tavi: The one that doesn't rely on headcanon: Soaking wet, shivering, scared, Fade brought him to Isana who fussed, there was lightning and wailing (winds, maybe his scared baby cousin(s)), somehow he got outside and it was his first real look at them an angry Garados and Thana. The one that does rely on headcanon: I have thoughts regarding when Bernard founded the steadhold ([insert reasons]), so under this theory the earliest is vaguely memory of City (Riva) and hazy sense of New Home, probably confusion of sensory input of early days of Bernardholt, (sounds of contruction?). Yes, this is extremely young, but I have enough flashes of sensory memory from before two, two and a half years, that I'm applying the principle.
One of favorites:
Eriond: First ride with Horse.
Evelyn: First kiss with her first significant other, another girl in her classes.
Lois: First Daily Planet headline.
R2-D2: Current point in time: Anakin and Padme's marriage, because His Humans Were Happy. His changes. Eventually probably a) the day the Empire falls and/or b) (whitetext just in case) when Ben is born, and yes that remains even after Everything Goes Wrong. Depending whether she was around when she was born, Rey as well. "Who knows about after that. Updating canon!"
Anakin: While I know more or less what the full list is--it is an obvious one--probably the two highlights of his Canon Appearances So Far are when Padme tells him she's pregnant and the day he dies. (His life is terrible.)
Tavi: Setting aside obvious recent ones about Kitai And Baby: the connected memories of his first two conversations with Sextus and arriving in Alera Imperia. Someone outside his family (he thought) and of all people the First Lord taking a chance on him and knowing there is now endless possibility. Faith in him not born of unconditional love (he thought, it's complex) and his hope for his future stays with him. It does make his life awful in the long run. Still.

Favorite memory: going on little vacations with rich lovers. That was only way he got to travel, whether just to the countryside for a day or to London or Paris for a weekend. This was mostly when he was in his late teens, early twenties.
Pam's earliest memory: her father reading stories and poetry to her at bedtime. It's one of the few pleasant things she remembers from her human childhood.
Favorite memory: her first night with Eric as a vampire.
Floki's earliest memory: playing on the beach while his father worked on building boats nearby.
Favorite memory: building boats with his father, but also completing his first perfect boat on his own.

.. I don't know if this thing is going to embed properly, so here: the really fun part of breaking into the Pentagon.

(Seeing this again reminded me of Nightcrawler breaking into the Oval Office in X2.)

ETA: Oh wow, the Nightcrawler scene was even better than I remembered it. Did it always have the opera overlay?

And thank you for ID'ing the composer!
