Guh. The one weekend I actually have planned to be taking off (and yes, I realize we're talking about next weekend), is the weekend something like this goes down. Liz wouldn't do much regarding the water, but Mat would be all over the scene like fleas on a dog's rump.

Next Saturday was supposed to be my wedding day, so my family is hauling themselves over from Ohio to keep me company. They're actually talking about heading up to Philly, which is a long enough trip that I doubt I'll be back in time Saturday night.

Well, there's lots of shade under the tree -- we're planning it for late afternoon, so the sun should set pretty quickly. The party ought to go well into the dark hours :D
