If someone were here at just the right time; as the sun sets and the shadows lengthen, perhaps, there might be something more, wistfully watching the horses.
Sometimes, he likes to just stand here. And watch.
She's retired from the game now but I kind of had to.

".....magnificent."

".....I appalo--apologize," he rumbles. "I was merely..." Say something harmless, say something harmless. "100rking."
Nailed it.

impawssibleimpossible to stay asleep until full dark.Someone might be hunting nearby, in the tall grass.

Hmmmm.

Until one starts up again, making for the edge of the grassy cover.
It emerges, and sits up blinking red eyes in the dim light and combing its ears with its paws. A lagomorph of some sort, seeming relatively harmless, except it's looking at the ponies with what doesn't quite look like a prey animal's gaze.

And then there's another sharp rustle from the grass as a dark-green streak hurtles out of it, with a metallic flash of sharp bright blue somewhere involved. The bunny doesn't have time to move, or even scream.

He hadn't expected to exit one bar and enter another, but that's fine with him! He wasn't done drinking anyway.
Flopping down onto the nearest barstool, he calls out in a thick Irish brogue, "What's a guy gotta do to get a bit o' whisky 'round here?"
A shot glass appears in front of him. Magically.
He stares at it.

"Oh, nonononono, darlin', no," he mutters to no one in particular. "This's way too small. If yer gonna be impressing me with magic whisky, I'd need to see the whole bottle."
Then the whole bottle appears.
Cassidy jerks back in surprise.
"Oho! Aye, now that's more like it!"
And then he starts chugging the liquor, clearly oblivious to the teenager sitting down the bar until he's not.
"Holy shite, what the fuck're you?" he exclaims with a near spit-take.
no subject
".....from your perspective, I would be the shade of an e%traterrestrial from a nearly e%tinguished race," he rumbles in his deep, low voice. "Few of your kind ever 100k twice in my direction."
no subject
"Oh."
Cassidy stares, an eyebrow sharply raised.
"Well, aren't you a little ball of sunshine, then. What makes you say my kind rarely look twice at you?"
Because he's noticing now. And he's curious as to what the guy means by his kind.

"Oh, aye, how 'bout that, then, eh?" he says with a toothy leer.
no subject
"I missed how you made it appear."
There might be a question there. The narration isn't sure.
no subject
"Uh. Right. Well. Uh, I kinda missed how I made it appear, too. I think it just did, like magic or somesuch." He peers closely at the shot glass. "Seems real to me, though."

She scowls and reaches out with the Force to sense if this is some illusion or such.
Nope.
Well, what now?
no subject
His presence in the Force is... very, very strange, a phantom clinging to existence just tenuously, more spirit than matter, yet its nature completely invisible beyond that; cloaked in Void. Not the Dark Side, but a shroud of dim nothingness. It would be easy to ignore him and let him cease to Be entirely within her frame of reference.
no subject
She steps forward and approaches him. The drink is strange to her (perhaps some animal by product?) but she really doesn't care. Questions come and go in her mind but she remains silent for now, drumming her fingers on the bar as if waiting for someone to order from. Buying time to decide on a coarse of action as well as giving herself a chance to study him.
no subject
His hand creeps towards the glass cautiously, as if trying to sneak up on it, but hovers just molecules away from closing around it. He groans quietly to himself.
