Thursday DE: I hear the click-clack of your feet on the stairs
Too darn hot this morning for thinking up original DE prompts, so I'm turning to the list of character development questions Pilf gave me:
How does your character sound? Do their car keys jingle as they walk? Do they drag their feet? Do their heels clack resoundingly on hard floors? Do they breathe loudly? Do they fidget in ways that make a lot of noise?

Kirk is just the sound of boots. They don't seem to have pockets in the future.
Cy has all those servos and motors running all the time. It's a soft sets of clicks and hums and whirrs that you don't notice anymore than you notice the engine of a car, but it's there.
Charlie is silent. He's not a ninja, but he knows how to sneak.

Bahorel usually makes an enormous amount of intentional noise--talking, singing or whistling, impromptu percussion sessions. When he's not intentionally making a racket he does that Scary Quiet For a Big Guy thing.
Gringoire talks to himself, at length and in a low conversational tone. When Djali's around, he talks to her instead. Other than that, he's pretty quiet, but the constant mumbling is definitely noticeable.

YT's arachnofiber coverall makes a little noise when she walks or swings her arms, as some fabric surfaces rub against other fabric surfaces. Some of the many zippers on her coverall jangle a little.

The sound of Fairy Fixit's wings as she hovers or flies around should be extremely unnerving to those not used to GIANT FLYING INSECTS. Think a dragonfly the size OF YOUR ARM.
She is not a silent flier. She's no barn owl. But beyond the sound of her wings, she does carry her toolbox with her sometimes, and that will rattle.
Amascut will let a feline growl slip when she is annoyed, but she is very good at stalking her prey. Most of the time you won't her her until she wants to be heard or doesn't care if she is heard. This is despite the odd weapon or five that she is carrying around. But then again, goddess, so.

Izana: Not sure. It occurs to me that they are likely always wearing gravity shoes, so I would think those sounds different than typical footwear. They aren't as heavy as the boots we see astronauts wear, so maybe they creak and have an almost metallic sound with each step. I'm thinking they aren't necessarily metal, just that they are hard or have hard plates in the heal and foot pad.
Hank: You likely will hear the rustle of fur. I don't think he has talons, so no click clack as he walks. I can see him muttering to himself, especially if he's working on a problem in his head.
Amelia: The deliberate clack of heels. She is an apex predator and so walks accordingly. She doesn't do quiet and doesn't care who hears her. Unless she wants to be quiet; then she's deathly silent.
Sabine: I would think you'd hear armor plates clinking together but I can't remember if Boba Fett's armor ever made a sound (beyond weapon and rocket backpack firing) and I can't think of the Death Watch armor making any distinctive sounds either. She also moves pretty danged quietly in SW Rebels, so I'm going to say you don't her much from her.
Touji: Cloth rustling, humming or whistling.
Selina: Maybe the sound of creaking leather if she's not paying attention. Otherwise, not a whole lot unless you've got really good hearing.
