What's stuck in the back of your character's mind as something they really need to get around to doing? Laundry? Thank-you notes? Getting rid of pictures of an ex? Embracing the Dark Side?
And what are the odds of it getting done?
And what are the odds of it getting done?

Hank likely has lots of things in the back of his mind at any given time. He has a very active brain. These can range from theories, new gadgets, ways to track Raven, wondering if she's okay, alll the things he needs to say to her, how to make things up to her, new formulas for hair conditioner (cause his fur is likely different than human hair), and many more. I'd give him a 80% chance to finish any of these.
Touji likely thinks about school work and keeping calm. He succeeds because he has to.
Izana is overall thinking of one of two things; the gauna and Nagate. ETA: Actually, learning more about Buddhism is a thing for them, now that I think about it.

... actually most of my characters have things-to-get-around-to that they would do in a heartbeat if I just got around to them myself, so I'm gonna skip over Shephard finding the Butler brothers and Stacker Pentecost doing Jaeger pilot testing and cut straight to Quicksilver. Peter has a million things to get around to but the big ones are a) ask Mom to be honest with him, straight up, about whether Magneto is his father, and b) hunt Magneto down and... something. He's not sure what he'd do if he actually got to talk to the guy again. But he's hoping to.
X-Men: Apocalypse indicates how he does in terms of getting those done.
