Yard sale?

Or maybe you call it a garage sale. Or a tag sale. Or a rummage. Anyway, the idea of a big Milliways fleamarkety event got brought up over in the Weekend Entertainment and I'm happy to organize that. Starting by asking when a good time would be? Next weekend?

...I admit I didn't run this by the mods. MODS IS THIS OKAY?

I think a pup has to at least post a sign about it in advance, sort of like the county fair, so others can prepare. As for when, personally, I have a bit of OOMy plot stuff to go before Emcee can plausibly participate. So I'm like...two weeks-ish? October-ish?

Yeah, I was figuring I'd have one of my pups--maybe Ursula--stick a sign on the message board saying "OH HEY YARD SALE IN TWO WEEKS, BRING YOUR RANDOM JUNK?"

And Mods I was thinking a good push for this could be tabs being called in or the kids fund need help. Your choice of course but seems while since tabs were due. ;)

It sounds like an excellent idea! Hannibal will offer exquisite foods for donations towards Yrael's Louisiana flood efforts, Teja has lots of metal and wood things for sale that Pyrrha or he made just to try something out, Harman might try and organise something sufficiently church-y, and Madame Thénardier has stacks of used historical novels (many of them lurid romances) to sell.

As to say, yes please! I do hope the mods are agreeable.
