Ysalwen: Ferelden is okay, everyone else needs a swift kick in the pants. Maybe one to the face, too. Or: Fuck the system. Also the Chantry, which is largely responsible for a lot of the system. Yep.
X-23: Largely irrelevant to her?
Raven: *just laughs and laughs and laughs forever*
Ragnar is currently an earl under a strangely incompetent and evil king; he has been struggling with short-sighted and mean-spirited higher-ups before and ended up killing the man and taking his place. He will have to do it again, and it sucks.
Teja has been serving Ostrogoth kings all his life, some more, some less approvingly; one of them so disapprovingly that he ended up helping to hunt down and kill the man after the Thing had deposed him. He believes in the law, and in doing one's best within the system.
Father Harman works for a secret branch of the British Government, and thinks they are useful. Politics as such doesn't concern him.
Dr. Hannibal Lecter doesn't care one iota for politics in a grand scheme, unless it crosses his own circles locally. He would definitely vote for Clinton, though, to get the ugly orange visage of her opponent off the magazines and newspapers, the TV screens and the news sites on his tablet. It's deeply offensive to his sensibilities.
Katrina Crane is actively helping to overturn the government of the British in her homeland, and to replace it by one of their own.
Hahahahahah. Um, that most of them are monstrous, super-powered, backstabbing assholes? Because her government is run by Sith. So, yeah.
Not that her view on the government of the Republic is much better. The least insulting thing Imperials generally call the Republic is 'genocidal hypocrites'.
Shephard's living in a small post-apocalyptic democracy and is fine with that; a decently restructured United States would be nice, one that didn't start off with the flaws of the original Constitution.
The Capital Wasteland is mostly governed at the individual community level by whoever seems to want to be in charge the most. There's something in the way of a city council in Rivet City as a government, but to be honest, it consists of three people. A good many Wasteland communities have accepted a certain measure of Brotherhood of Steel influence in exchange for water rights and protection, which is probably going to result in a moderately weird overall government somewhere down the line if it holds up after Elder Lyons dies or resigns. Ellen is fine with this. (Worth noting: the background info for Fallout 4 assumes Elder Lyons died not long after the events of canon and that Vault 87 continued to produce supermutants, setting things up for the ascension of another character to command of the Brotherhood within a few years. This is not compatible with the millicanon events that have been played out, but since I said long ago that Ellen's universe forked from the main canon timeline the first time it interacted with Milliways, that's fine by me.)
Varric would like politics to leave him and his friends alone. Ah ha ha hahaha ha no.
Santo is generally okay with politics as they currently stand in 1967 Mexico, but has a low opinion of politicians demonstrated to be corrupt or otherwise in the pockets of organized crime (he's got a canonical movie in which he goes up against El Rey del Crimen, which I have not seen yet).
Stacker Pentecost thinks very little of politicians given what they did to the Jaeger Program in favor of a wall.
Quicksilver doesn't really think about politics much except that it's kinda fun to point and laugh at the president.
Abe no Seimei thinks that most people who want political power enough to run for office are exactly the sort of people who shouldn't be trusted with it. Needless to say, he does not have much faith in "the system."
YT has quite a lot of opinions about the United States government (or what's left of it). Most of her opinions consist largely of swear words. As for government in general, YT would agree with May Reynolds' assertion that it exists solely to get in a person's way.
Ahsoka: She is not too impressed with government and politics. Governments tend towards being unwieldy (see the Republic) and very few politicians can compare to Padme. All too soon, she is going to discover just how bad governments can be, once I finish Ahsoka and decide what I'm going to do with her.
Rollo: He once wanted the power and fame ruling allowed, but after being burnt by Jarl Borg and seeing the hassle his brother goes through, he's reconsidering. Really. He has no ambitions. You can believe this.
Well, obviously Djali is involved with the Great Caprine Conspiracy (left star allegiance). Human politics are really too inconsequential to concern her, though her close association with several of the species has made her more sympathetic to considerations of Human Welfare than most goats in her party.

Lady Margolotta is the government.
