ATTN: Wizards/Witches in Milliways (Bound or not)

Is there any wizard/witch willing to give Bill a splitting headache paired with a minor breakdown? No dark magic or violence needed exactly (I actually have a quite simple thing in mind, sort of like a common healing spell). I'd prefer it to be someone "naturally" magical (like the wizards/witches in HP canon, who have magic as part of their being) as opposite to someone who has learned to do magic (i.e. Willow in Buffy). Not necessarily someone in the HP fandom (though I admit my knowledge of other fandoms is quite limited).
