Ragnar canonically washes his own clothes while still a farmer, before he gets a slave, and generally keeps busy around the farm. Only Aslaug probably told him that he shouldn't.
Hannibal seems to keep his own home (including the murder basement) spotless, beside cooking and psychiatry and screwing with Will Graham's mind and actual murder. We do see him wash up together with Abigail Hobbes, once, in canon.
It's possible Hannibal has a cleaning service (who aren't allowed to go in the murder basement, obviously, so he'd do that himself).
They wouldn't do stuff like washing up unless they were staff hired to cook and clean for a fancy dinner, and he doesn't seem the type to outsource his catering, so it wouldn't conflict.
Yes, he might have a cleaning service for the officially existing rooms in the ground floor and first floor. However, he needs everything just so, which makes giving directions a little complex.
Book!Hannibal had cleaning staff with Very Specific Instructions in Argentina. They weren't allowed in the top floor of the mansion before noon or after the first course of dinner had been served... and other instructions to be followed that I can't remember off the top of my head.
Rae is good at cooking (that's a given) and keeping her places clean. She hand-washes her baking implements while in her bakery at the coffeehouse, since the dishwasher is over in the main kitchen and it's just more expedient to do it herself. She also tends to keep her apartment pretty clean. Furiously Cleaning All The Things is her standard answer to a bad mood, and her nighttime activities often leave her compulsively doing extra laundry just to make sure she gets all the blood and doubt out. (Extra soap, extra wash, extra rinse, extra spin, extra protection against things that go bump in the night.)
Henry V has people for that. So does William Douglas. (...one of them being Jamie's mostly-former nanny Meg.)
Djehuty probably just makes these things happen by magic. Or has a baboon do it, which is also magic.
Ursula is on her own, so she does her own cooking and cleaning. We see her make pancakes, and she's got various bottles and such around--she can also sew reasonably well. But she's happy with being untidy and eating simple.
Gredya...doesn't approve of cooking. And doesn't live in a house. She probably washes her clothes in a stream if they get particularly bloody or something.
Also I realize the baboons are way more practical for this purpose, but now I'm charmed by the mental image of a flock of ibises earnestly tidying up my house.
X is excellent at keeping a tidy and clean house. Any mess was left deliberately and is staged to make guests feel normal. Also herself, some days. People leave jackets on the backs of chairs, so I will too! People occasionally just let shoes fall where they do and don't insist on them being neatly arranged parallel to all the other shoes exactly and most efficiently! Leave the lap blanket crumpled in the corner of the couch cushion. Stop with the hospital corners! She eats like a college student, though. She cooks, but it's very, like. Chili and scrambled eggs and garlic bread and pasta and sandwiches. Someday she will get a crock pot.
Ysalwen cleans up after herself but also has servants in the keep who take care of laundry and dusting and things. She even has a person who makes sure the important documents get stored where they are supposed to. And a person who does her hair. Elaborate braids are hard, yo. And it's nice to have breakfast with a friend and chat about things. And then have your hair done by said friend/archivist. What?
Raven is a slob. Don't ask where the cookies come from.
Diana picks up after herself, cooks for herself, and is also capable of running a household or office efficiently and kindly.
Flemeth lives in a falling-down hut in a swamp, when she 'lives' anywhere. No need to straighten that shit up.
Tess is very capable of cooking, cleaning, etc. which she learned from a very young age. Now she has other people to do it for her, though she will cook herself if it's a special occasion.
Kylo can cook and clean well enough to take care of himself. Gotta keep that helmet shiny.
Ellen has pretty high-level cleaning, tidying, and organizing skills. This was widely encouraged in Vault 101 and is still encouraged by the Brotherhood, so she sees no reason to change it.
Fawkes is not so great at cleaning up, as there were never resources to do it with during his imprisonment in Vault 87, but he keeps his living area minimalist and organized anyway. It's the best he can do.
Santo's place is pretty nearly always spick-and-span unless someone has just invaded his home and been wrestled into submission. I assume Santo cleans up after himself and hires a cleaning lady to show up once a week.
Stacker Pentecost keeps everything in his quarters painfully neat. I assume he can glare mildew off bathroom tiles.
Varric... eh, he knows where his things are and will yell at people who try to tidy up after him for 'disrupting his system', but he's not a total slob. He just doesn't put a lot of effort into cleaning up if he can pay someone else to do it instead.
Shephard can clean up after himself and generally does so, but has a tendency towards clutter because he stacks things neatly in the first available open space and doesn't get rid of them in any great hurry.
Quicksilver doesn't really bother with cleaning up much. If he has to find something, he'll find it at his own pace. If his mother yells at him about filth, it's funny how fast the room is suddenly scrubbed clean...
Jim is a mix of perfect neatness, and nooooooo no no no chores are for the little people, all that stuff just happens and is nothing to do with him. Like, if he's in a hotel he will leave towels all over the flooring the sure knowledge that it'll be pristine again when he gets back. But if he's playing a role, he will do whatever he has to and not give it a second thought, if that's cleaning or laundry or whatever. He doesn't cook though, beyond toast, eggs, basic pasta etc. There are plenty of normal people who can't cook, so it's not weird.
When he was in his house, he'd maintain the top floor himself because he wouldn't let staff up there, and it was more a case of pacing around thinking about stuff, then coming to himself and finding a duster in his hand, and all the bookshelves cleaned. He would never plan to clean, but it would happen because he can't stand dust and sometimes he'd need something to do with his hands.
I'm totally imagining Jim staying in one of those hotels with full apartment-style-rooms where they only do housekeeping every other day or once a week, and him coming back to find all of his room's towels are still damp and on the floor....
HAHAHAHA no no nooooooo, that wouldn't be good. And I think wouldn't happen, because a) he'd check in advance and pay extra for cleaning every day, or b) his staff would sort it before he got back because they'd know what would happen if they didn't.
But on the off chance there was a SNAFU and it slipped through, he would...not be pleased. He pays for this shit to be taken care of, damnit!
This actually came up in the newest canon for Quentin. Before living with Toby, he did some basic cleaning up, but as a noble, there have always been servants. Now that he's living in a house with May and Toby who make sure he does the dishes sometimes and cleans his room, he does it. It also helps that there are a number of Fae who can do magical cleaning, which is very useful. In terms of cooking, he's been learning more of the basics because May and Jazz do too much of the cooking.
Charles has almost always had servants or someone about to do cleaning up. He did have to make up his bed and some clean up as a boy. When he was in Oxford and in college, he had to do more but there's always been someone. Since being in his chair, he's actually doing more as he tries to figure out what he can do for himself and what he needs someone else to do.
Sameth and his sister Ellimere had a chore/class called Perspective which meant every day, they would go and do chores in the castle. They both kind of liked it and while Sam tends to be messy, he knows where everything belongs. He knows how to do campfire cooking and boarding school cooking so toast over a fire and tea.
Moist likes spending time in hotels because people clean up after him but he's very good at knowing how to make himself look presentable no matter what he's gone through. That's part of what he does to survive.
Ivan grew up with servants but he also attended a military academy and is currently serving as an active officer. Learning how to pick up after himself is part of how what he does. He prefers to eat out and when he's living at home tends to have simple and easy to make meals, he's very much a bachelor.
William sees cleaning up as one of the constant chores as it gets dusty in Arizona and dust isn't good for Mark. His cooking is okay, its cowboy cooking, he knows how to make coffee and not burn things on a fire.
Will knows how to clean as he grew up in a small house and everyone had to take care of everything. Out in Sherwood, the Merry Men had to fully clean up after themselves or they would risk getting caught. Now that Robin's been restored, its rather strange for there to be servants who listen to him, he usually forgets about them and does things himself.
Jane knows how to run a household, cook, clean and take care of a small garden including livestock. That's what's expected of her and as her family have some servants but not many, she knows how to do everything. That's a major part of a woman's role in her era.
Demeter enjoys some cleaning and adores cooking and baking, also as a goddess she can cheat.
Tumnus has lived alone since his father died and his home has always been slightly messy but he knows where everything is. Since he's moved into the palace, there's more space but his habit is still to have everything close. He loves baking but does know how to cook.
Emcee is pretty crap at it. He's untidy and tends to gather clutter, but only if the space is his own. For example his flat in Berlin is a bohemian mess, but his room in Milliways is actually neat because 1) secret ninja housekeeping Oompa Loompas, and 2) he's not really living in it and therefore doesn't have much stuff to leave around. But he'll clean up, sometimes, grudgingly and with much complaining.
He would rather not cook for himself either (because he has no kitchen and doesn't buy groceries), but relies on cheap cafe food, people who buy him dinner, and leftovers stolen from the Klub's kitchen. Helga often checks to make sure he's fed himself because he will go without eating if it's convenient.
I'm late here, but this is one I've actually put a bit of thought into.
Wilford has two categories of personal space. His home is kept nearly spotless, in part owing to the fact that he's never there. He has a Guatemalan guy come round about once a week to keep hedges trimmed and to mow/paint the lawn green. He wouldn't be caught dead doing his own yardwork His studio space, which he also considers his personal space, is often in barely-controlled chaos. There's a lot of organisation through clutter. He expects the janitorial staff to take the trash out, but if that empty Bean Machine cup is still on his desk, it's there for a reason, and not to be taken away or thrown out under any circumstance. Not unless you want to lose your job.
He's also fairly skilled in the kitchen. Not that he ever has the time to cook anything.
