Well...it's quite possible that all my dead guys are dead, everyone else dies horribly because of a lack of whatever keeps Milliways together, etc.
but like
assuming it remains habitable
Most of my guys are fine? Djehuty would be horribly concerned because the words "no magic" are basically like "no reality" to him. But my others mostly don't do much with magic, except for the whole...existing after death thing, oops.
Gredya would be perturbed by the lack of access back to Crossroads, even though she doesn't go there.
Yeah, as Jane said, I assume this means that the magic fundamentally holding Milliways together and giving the dead quasi-living bodies and stuff is still intact? Otherwise, uh, Enjolras is now perforated by eight symbolic bullets or vanishes in a puff of light or whatever. But working on that assumption:
Enjolras is fine. He's not a magic worker anyway. He'll be concerned for people who are, if it seems to be dangerous for them, and curious about how this works, but not personally affected.
Cosette, ditto, but with more "gosh that sounds like it's really stressful for you!!" sympathy.
Doctor Dinosaur is also unaffected. HE WORKS ONLY WITH SCIENCE!!!
Kazul is cranky. Depending on the situation, she might also be a large heap of extremely ill dragon, or possibly dead, because dragons are inherently magical beings. Canon tells us that they have a sneezing quasi-allergic reaction to magic being drained from them, but that's on a much smaller scale; I have no idea what her physical reaction to all magic failing would be, from minor annoyance to lethal consequences. I'm going to assume from the wording that magic is just not working properly, rather than utterly gone, and thus my answer remains: cranky (but basically fine.)
Canon is unclear what's magic and what isn't, but I'm going to say that Thor would be basically like he was in the first Thor movie: human-strength, no thunderstorm powers, less shiny, but not having health problems or whatever. Fine but inconvenienced and disconcerted, basically. At least now he has recent practice with this!
Assuming most of the above, and that the Force counts as "magic", Ahsoka suddenly feels like she's lost one of her senses and is very disoriented. She likely would try and get to the bottom of it and is very cranky and impulsive.
As the Vikings in Iceland even found a way to make Greenland shark palatable, I'm sure somebody would come up with some sort of marinade or fermentation process for them.
Well, two of mine drop dead and the third possibly starts speaking an incomprehensible language, depending on whether Thedas's common tongue really does sound anything like English or not! (Considering this is what common tongue looks like, I could go either way re: how hard the translation field has to work on Milliways' resident Thedosians.)
Otherwise, Alistair's weirded out -- worlds without any magic at all are bizarre, gang -- but mostly just shrugs and goes about his business. He might steal a small slice of cake from Cullen's party, but only because hey: free cake.
Maru and I actually bounced a similar idea once where the translation field was faulty and all dialogue had to be fed into and out of google translate.
Sinric would offer to help translate, given the number of languages he speaks. However he does only speak human languages and 8th century dialects at that. His millennial English isn't bad though so he might be okay.
It's pretty much canon that a lack of magic in the world kills Swamp Thing. But everyone else would be fine, assuming dead people don't just cease to exist or go to another afterlife.
Let's see, William and Ivan wouldn't be terribly bothered.
Ivan would think the tech is failing and William would be concerned but not personally effected as much.
Jane would actually be more curious about watching those who's magic failed and seeing how the culture of Milliways changes without it.
Moist is from a world with magic but he doesn't think that highly of it. I think he'd find someway to make a profit of it.
Will knows enough people who have magic that he would be checking on all of them.
Sameth would feel as if his world was horribly off balance if he couldn't feel the Charter or the Dead, but I don't know how much would go. His magic is in his blood. He'd try and figure things out but he'd feel as if he'd lost a sense.
Quentin also would be confused and scared but not to the same level as Sameth. Magic is a huge part of his life in terms of illusions but he has to actively use it instead of how its simply there for Sameth. He would experience more what Toby used to know as a Changeling and spend a lot of time trying to find out what's gone wrong.
Charles himself wouldn't be bothered as his telepathy is genetic, but he would pick up on everyone else's concern.
Demeter is a god so I don't know how she would fit within magic, I don't think as much but she would search for who caused the problem.
Tumnus doesn't feel magic but he's from a world full of it and I think he would be basically confused.
This feels like a possible plot though it would have to be on a small level like an area of the Bar or something that's almost like a magic dampening spell or an EMP.
Sariel would be fine, if concerned for her magic user friends, though she'd need to make sure and keep her communicator with her or else confuse quite a lot of people when speaking patois.

If this ever happens I'm apping CMOT Dibbler just for the purposes of taking advantage of the situation to sell terrible concessions.

Inconsolable, and out for the blood of who ever did this.
Splinter would be a rat again, which might put a crimp in his social life.
Raph...would be a turtle again, which might put a crimp in HIS social life.
Bumi would be annoyed that he'd have to wait for an actual bartender to get his drinks for him.
