In general, no.

He did keep the shoes of his first murder victim for more than twenty years, though. I'm undecided on whether this makes him a trophy-keeper; on the whole I'd say not, as it's stated in canon that he took them because there were incriminating traces of poison left in them. Hardly a trophy, just covering his ass....but then, he kept them. And I think he did because Sherlock was making waves about the murder, so he saw a potential use for them with this kid who might get interesting one day. Without Sherlock's involvement, he might well have just burned them and been done with it.

Tldr: no.

As for family, who the hell knows. My headcanon at this point is that his parents once had lots of lovely baby pictures of him, but they're either dead or think he's dead, and most evidence of his existence has been destroyed one way or another. Whether S4 throws any light on anything (doubtful), we'll find out soon. But there does seem to be a 'look back to the past' theme emerging about it, so who knows? I'll continue avoiding any details of his past until after January, and after that anything's fair game.

Not -- really, for Yamato? The only real memento we see for any of the kids is the photograph they took at the end of 01, of all of them and their partners, plus Gennai, Ogremon, Elecmon, and Centalmon. Canonically that's in Taichi's room at the Yagami apartment, but I suspect Yamato has a copy of it on his phone or something.

As far a stash of cute baby pictures, the Ishida household probably doesn't have any pre-divorce photos, so no baby pictures. There are probably baby pictures of Yamato at the Takaishi household. Somewhere.

Sinric keeps a stash of things that matter to him in his room at the bar, to keep them safe. A painted kimono and a little caved dragon from Yan, an icon painting of Constantine, the harpsichord Hannibal give him, all his CDs from Father Harman. His books, a jade phallus from Saga and a small stone from the eastern most beach in Japan.

The things that travel with him are his flute, his anklet of sliver bells and a coin from Constantine's reign made into a necklace.

Jay has a few small things - two bracelets - one from a deceased lover, the other from bar!Selina. The knives Talia gave him. His bike.

Neither of them have family left to keep photos.

YT's most important memento is a set of U.S. Marine dog tags belonging to one Enzo Fratelli, better known these days as Don "Uncle" Enzo of Cosa Nostra.

Seimei has many mementos, most of them paintings, letters, or poems. He has some other things that might qualify as museum-quality artifacts. He keeps most of these things carefully tucked away at home.

Wilford keeps a trophy collection of sorts. Not murder trophies, necessarily. But when he gets it in his head to fuck someone over, he likes to keep something from it.

Dodger doesn't have the luxury of collecting anything.

Enjolras: Not really, but sort of? That is, he doesn't seek out souvenirs or mementos. If he had lived in an era with cameras, he'd be someone who never bothered to take pictures (except as a strategic act) and so forth; in Milliways, he's not one of the ones who's bothered to even get a camera. That said, if a friend gives him a present, he will absolutely hang onto it for sentiment's sake, even if it's a gag gift whose joke he doesn't totally understand or something. He's still got the flag and his cockade from the barricade, etc etc, though those are a little different than a standard souvenir.

Cosette, however, really should discover cameras, because YOU BET she would keep them. And whenever she has kids, Milliways cameras will mean a stash of anachronistic Cute Baby Pictures. She totally has little souvenirs with private meaning and stuff, too.

Kazul is a dragon. Ergo, something of a hoarder. It's treasure more than mementos, but I think she's got some of that stashed around too.

Thor: not really? A little bit, but I think mostly Asgardians tend to outlast their mementos, especially the ones like Thor for whom cheerful property damage is an occupational hazard. I think he tends to go "I have the memories, why do I need a picture/souvenir/etc too?"

Dr. Dinosaur: not unless they can be made into a doomsday device. :D But he might have a baby picture of himself somewhere.

Tess actually keeps a scrapbook with pictures of her growing up in Louisiana.

Kylo keeps his dead grandfather's helmet, but I think that's just a one off thing. >.>

Amascut tends not to keep mementos; she tends to smash them, burn them, etc. The past is... bad. She does have a small bust of herself that she managed not to smash from the time when people still did make religious items related to her. She also went through an awful lot of trouble to recover a certain diamond which may be connected to her father. But then again, the diamond is huge, magical, and may be her father, actually. And most of the trouble she went through was because she wanted to cause a war at the same time. If she yanked it herself, then people wouldn't blame each other for it, countries wouldn't accuse each other of being right on the edge of chaos and in need of invasion peacekeepers, etc.

As for her family, well, her brother does keep mementos of her at least. The gates of the underworld still feature lionesses in addition to jackals. I am sure there is a relief of a lioness cub and a jackal pup playing with each other somewhere down there.

Fairy Fixit almost certainly does. That is part of what she does with her scrimshaw/ivory carving hobby. Her cell phone camera has helped her collect many more mementos, but she doesn't exactly have a place to offload all those pictures. Someday she will, when she's not busy. :P
