Let's pretend there's a new (or perhaps a return) Milliways tradition of patrons being visited by three apparitions, ala A Christmas Carol. Milliways being what it is, things alter to what fits your pup's paradigm; i.e. the ghosts don't have to represent past-present-future or childhood-adulthood-death.
What are your pups visitations like?

Poirot would meet three ghosts of murder victims he failed to save (since there is almost always a victim after he arrives). One would swear bloody vengeance on him, one would just accept fate, and one would absolve him.

Sabine would have a visit from what amounts to a den mother from her Imperial Academy days. Next would be Bo Katan and lastly would be a giant mural of Mandalor. Front and center would be The Mandalor and the mural would be a mix of both the planets warrior culture and its more recent social graces. To Sabine the art would reflect the two sides learning to value each other and find balance.
More later perhaps.

Future Ahsoka could also be Bail (past), Hera Syndulla (present), and Leia (future), but again, I am not getting a clue on what the message would be.

Fantine: I'd go with a montage of three people who were rooting for her and would be glad to know she's at peace. Her mother or father, maybe, who she never met; Marguerite, the old lady who helped her adjust to living in dire poverty; and Sister Simplice. (Valjean was rooting for her, but he visits Milliways anyway).
Combeferre gets visitations from three women, one from a patient he treated at the hospital, one from the daughter of a man he helped persuade to leave the barricade for his family's sake, and one from his own mother, who was not sufficient incentive to get him to leave the barricade.
Jehan Prouvaire gets a poet he admires (maybe Dante), a legendary figure (Joan of Arc), and someone from mythology (a Muse, probably).

I suppose he could have a three kings thing and have Richard, Henry IV, and Henry V.

Anakin gets Shmi first, and that's a mix of love and terror of what he's becoming. The second is Palpatine, despite him being alive, because he's meddling. And then Anakin sees Vader, which he will never remember, and wakes up in a cold sweat and potentially screaming. Basically, it's all a nightmare.
Vader would get Padme as sort of Marley except she stays with him through the whole thing; he both loves and hates this. First one is Mace Windu, the first Jedi he helped Palpatine kill. (Past.) Second is Ahsoka, and whether that's his imagination or Force presence chat is probably up to interpretation. (Present, 'cause Reasons.) Third? Still himself, face and body as if he'd aged without Mustafar. Anakin never wants to confront himself (and, of course, future). And both Anakin and Padme ask Vader if he remembers what he did everything for in the first place. Basically, it's all a nightmare.
And then he gets to be a ghost! Probably for any number of people!
(Also, the reason that it's Mace Windu instead of Obi-wan or Yoda--although the whole 'first killed' is crucial--because a) alive and b) while they could have a Force conversation, they're hiding from him.)
Tavi depends even more than Anakin on when he is in his timeline--though Septimus is usually one of them. I'll go with a 'first year post-canon' scenario. First is Invidia, whose fault the whole thing is, who would would remind him she killed his father, that there will always be people like her, does he really think he can be any more ethically than her, or than Sextus, to hold on the power to control the Realm? Second is the Vord Queen, who plays on the whole "you and Kitai woke me with your blood, you are my parents, do you really think your people are any less destructive than the Vord?" and can he really forge peace. And third is Alera. They definitely talk about the future. She isn't ominous, she isn't reassuring. She just is. (She is also cryptic.)

Emcee would be visited by the ghost of his sort-of adoptive mother, who he called Mama Lily. She was the madam of a brothel and a prostitute. At this point in time, she would remind him where he came from and how far he'd come. She'd actually be proud of him.
The second ghost would be of a gay teenage boy, Kristoff, who had been beaten to death. Emcee had taken him in and promised that he would be protected within the Kit Kat Klub, so he blames himself for his death, and feels that he lied to him about keeping him safe. Kristoff would assure him that it wasn't his fault, and that without his help, he never would have been able to live his life the way he wanted, even if it was for a short time.
The third ghost would be of Fritzie, who would never make it to the proposed reunion in London because she died fighting in the Resistance. She became a spy and used her sex appeal to charm Nazi soldiers and officers, meanwhile stealing their secrets and plans. Emcee would be so impressed and inspired by her exploits that giving up now is not an option.
