1) Izana saving Nagate after the big bad took him out. Note, Nagate is the first pilot in these gifs and the big bad is still firing at Izana while they try and save Nagate. (For those who've been reading Izana's OOMs, the woman with the green hair in the fourth gif is Yuhata.

That is still an amazing opening. I love the stitched together movie of all the cinematics, from this to Alderaan to the Jedi Temple attach.

Me too! They give you a good idea of what happened without being an info dump.

The scale of the conflict between the Sith and the Jedi feels much bigger than it does in the movies. Not only are there a LOT more Force users on both sides, it's a case of two big powers/cultures clashing rather than one culture rotting/being corrupted from within.
