I) Sherlock II) Build a bomb? III) Read a book, correcting all the mistakes and wrongness in the margins IV) Dance to some classic disco/rock in front of a mirror, probably singing into a hairbrush V) Sherlock again
Between bouts of Jim, Sherlock would read, play violin, or think. Basically he'd spend it like any other day he doesn't have a case.
Steve isn't affected by cold the way other people are, so he'd still exercise outside no matter what the weather. He'd then spend the rest of the day, if he isn't called upon to save the world, catching up on his list of things he missed.
I can see Furiosa being utterly enthralled with the sight of water falling form the sky.
Shephard goes out anyway. Probably digs his way out given that he lives in a mountainous area and 'weather is absolutely horrid' mostly means 'snow and more snow'. In the event of heavy rains he probably spends his time organizing house-to-house checkups and evacuations, because when he was six years old his hometown was hit by a century flood that washed a lot of houses and stuff away and he does not want anyone else experiencing that kind of nightmare thank you very much.
Sabine would make art. Or maybe design some explosives.
Rollo would likely drink or try and start some crazy game with the other men around, like throwing daggers at shields while someone is holding it.
Selina would try reading, then climbing into places people don't usually go or aren't supposed to go. Then she might try picking pockets just to see how her skills are doing. Then maybe a nap.
Depends on the kind of horrid weather, for Wilford. If it's rain or snow, he probably wouldn't be bothered and would go out anyway. If it's nasty way-to-hot weather, he'll find something to do until he gets bored enough to go out anyway.
Xephos will go out regardless, and then regret it, since bad weather always means an excess of monsters.
Both Mark and Dodger are used to being somewhat trapped in because of one reason or another. Dodger usually carries some colouring books and crayons for exactly these situations. Mark has Dave to keep him company.
