What are your characters' biggest and smallest short term goals? Biggest and smallest long term goals?

I'm going to guess that "smallest goal" means something that's the most achievable?

Short term goal: wrap up this werewolf story without getting killed
Long term goal: spite all of his enemies to death

Xephos is in between goals right now, but is about to have a long term goal of getting a dwarf to the moon. I suppose that means his short term goal is to find something to do.

Emcee's smallest short term goal: repair the bullet holes in his coat (I know it's a trivial thing, but he needs his coat).
Biggest short term goal: ASSEMBLE THE AVENGERS put together a group of Nazi-killers.
Biggest long term goal: get to America

Emcee and Wilford should talk again. Wilford actually liked him, and would enjoy any excuse to go ham on a bunch of Nazis.

Short term goal: Get the moonbase built.
Long term goal: Save the world.

Short term goal: Find Luke.
Long term goal: Help Snoke crush the rebellion.

Short term goal: Find out if she's dead or alive.
Long term goal: Depends on short term goal.

Granddad says both these things are much harder than they appear. And probably don't turn out as anticipated.

Lois: short term: the next big story; long term: be the best investigative journalist in history!

Artoo: short term: keep the ship from exploding when Anakin pulls his next stunt; long term: protect the future of the Republic, protect the Amidala-Skywalker family, make sure these two are the same thing if possible

Anakin: short term: $#!#% Separatist Sith scum die on lightsaber now and/or RESCUE PADME; long term: . . . Okay quite honestly Anakin is horrendous at long-term planning and I think doesn't have any kind of plan beyond "Padme XD!!!" This is one of his major problems

Small short term: run rings around politicians and annoy them and try to avoid that awful gold tunic at his confirmation (will fail at that latter part)
Big short term: End the sieges on all the Aleran cities and get his people through the winter, oh yeah also end slavery first thing
Mid-term: Rework Aleran social structure and integrate the Canim refugees, retake all the land lost to the Vord
Long term, his lifetime: build an alliance of myriad species and rebuilding cities anew, with major advances in science and technology, hopefully start exploring the continent next door in his lifetime and maybe find out what's in the Feverthorn Jungle.
Couple centuries: Peacefully extend borders by assimilating more and more species, retain Imperial power in his family at least two centuries to continue building towards democratic state and to be ready for the next attack by the Vord, survive that (yes he's going to be laying concrete plans to lie fallow until then), take back Canea and re-settle it with new mixed-race Alliance--with probable changes to the political system going with that.

. . . I really wish I were kidding about his goal-setting. These are explicit goals and time tables on them.
