Ahsoka has more freedom than many citizens of the Republic, what with being a jedi and all. She doesn't need to worry about room and board, and gets to travel the galaxy for free. She also has a lot of carte blanche when it comes to laws. Still, she is beholden to the Order and when they say to do things, she must...in theory. She's learning how far 'in theory' can go thanks to Anakin. I think she'd consider herself to be completely free since she believes in the Order.
Selina is free as long as she doesn't get nabbed by the GCPD, which will lead to Social Services. She is trapped in the hunter/gather loop though. She considers herself totally free.
Amascut sure gets away with a lot. Even compared to other gods, who were all mostly banished after the God Wars. She was deemed too minor a threat to bother, and she is still considered too small of a threat to most of the gods once they return. Add to that how important her brother is despite being a minor god like her and how protective he is of her, and she is nearly untouchable by higher powers. Her family are the only ones allowed to deal with her, unless someone wants to risk making the journey to the afterlife even more hellish than she already has.
That said, she thinks of herself as a liberator, but not as free. She is oppressed by her brother and his/her cats.
Fairy Fixit is free enough. She is still working out her feelings on that.
Eriond is totally free. Yeah, sure, he has responsibilities, but they're not limiting for him. And constraints on him have been loosened. Certainly he doesn't think he's bound. Granted there's a brainwashing sentient Prophecy wandering around
Evelyn is totally in a cage and doesn't want to think about it yet.
Lois is probably actually the most free of any of my characters. If she has responsibilities, she chose them, and she has lots of time to herself and pretty much gets to choose how she lives her life. She agrees. She is pleased with how things turned out.
Artoo is fairly heavily tied to the Skywalkers, but more of that is by choice than you'd expect for a droid. Being a droid, his world won't allow him to just go off on his own, so he's never free--but Artoo is clever enough to choose where and to whom he's bound, so he has certainly done that much and will continue to. He loves that family, for whatever reason.
Anakin is not free. If you asked him and couldn't get him going, he'd say of course, the Jedi saved him from being a slave. He is not free and he actually knows and resents this. This is going to be one of the big things that goes wrong, eventually. He tries to tell himself sure he's bound but he could have walked away from the Jedi and didn't, he chose this! He so didn't. It'll eventually all boil over but he won't be free then, either, because Palpatine has him on an even tighter leash. He'll stay there until the moment he finally learns to say no. The man who was born a slave hates that he's not free. It really doesn't help anything. He often would claim not to agree with my assessment because he has power/agency/whatever, but he's lying to himself and knows it and that just makes him angrier.
Tavi will be the first to tell you that of course he's free, he's probably the single most privileged person in the entirety of Alera. And in many respects, yeah, he's probably second most free after Lois. But the thing is, Tavi also treats power as a responsibility, and he has committed himself to a lifetime of a single task and, frankly, bound his children to it too. Kitai's the one actually trapped by this, due to their bond. I have a lot of headcanon about how Tavi's youngest child entirely believes their father trapped their mother and sibs in an admittedly luxurious cage out of his sense of duty. So... I don't know. On the one hand, yeah, he can have most things he wants and gets vacation and all, but he's definitely bound to the future of the Realm and has already given some years off his life for it.

Kylo thinks he's totally free, but I think Snoke would have a word or two about that.
Sikozu is freer than she has any right to be, based on her canon. She would agree with that and knows it could be taken any at any moment.

Not free of:
the bar (negotiations in-progress), anger, obsession. Sass. Sin.

I've seen that and it is so cool. I haven't bought it though as I have a lot of toys and three different Sabines anyway. :)
