Not counting Milliways? Hmmm. That's a good question.
Hal's been in France, obviously, and...probably some other places on the continent historically that I'm too lazy to look up right now, but other than Ireland and parts of France nothing comes to mind.
Neither of my Les Mis guys has left France.
Miguel hasn't hit the Americas yet, alas, but he might have crashed into North Africa some as well as miscellaneous parts of mostly-southern-and-western Europe.
Gredya has been in loads of different worlds, long before coming to Milliways, so literal distance isn't a factor.
William Douglas hasn't left Scotland, not counting Milliways adventures. Not even the time he thought he was in England. Dammit William. (He'll get to go to Rome soon, though.) He's been just about all over Scotland, though.
Ursula has kicked around Fictional Europe quite a bit, I figure! Not as much as she'd like to eventually, but she's got no fear of hitch-hiking and backpacking.
Djehuty, like...lives in the Afterlife and the moon and shit, iirc for a while in the Old Kingdom he was supposed to be flying the souls of kings up into the stars, he doesn't really let factors like laws of physics stop him. (But he likes the laws of physics! Lovely laws! Delicious numbers!)
Not going to go into much detail for Sabine and Ahsoka because hyperspace travel.
Sam, at the least, has gone as far as Afghanistan. I suspect farther but I have no canon proof.
Selina, I think, hasn't left Gotham. Her mom doesn't seem like the summer trip type and I get the feeling school trips didn't happen either. I could be wrong, since I haven't seen season 03 where we meet her mom.
Izana has gotten as far from Sidonia as a garde unit can travel and still make it back. I'd guess that'd be the distance of going to the moon and back to Earth.
Hank...at this point I'm inclined to say an East Coast state or two. He's on his way West though and so will likely end up farther than he's even been.
Touji has only gone as far as the country side away from Tokyo.
Eliot has traveled at least halfway across the USA (so far) and will go farther. At to a more metaphoric sense, he is quite removed from the person he grew up from.
Rollo has traveled to England and soonish will travel to Paris. Later he will go as far as the Strait of Gibraltar.
Enjolras hasn't left France. He did move from his childhood home of Auvergne to Paris for university. It's about a five-hour car ride these days, per google, and presumably has handy trains as well, but in those days it would've been days -- probably a couple of weeks? I think? I'm really not sure -- by either walking or uncomfortable stagecoaches. That's going from one home to another, in its way, so I don't know if it counts. Otherwise, I dunno, maybe he went home with a friend sometime?? Anyway, still within France.
Cosette had also never left France, but now she and Marius and Valjean are going to a spa town in Italy for a trip for Valjean's health! It's so super exciting omg! Traveling to another country!! By ship!! So, uh, yeah, that.
Thor, on the other hand, travels by interplanetary rainbow bridge all the time, so, uh. He maybe makes up for the 19th century French folk. I dunno, is Niflheim the farthest of the Nine Worlds from Asgard? He's gone to a lot of realms all over the place, and probably various places that aren't technically realms by the official reckoning. Once the Bifrost is rebuilt he'll continue to do so, only even more, now that a) he's proved himself capable of more discretion and self-restraint than he used to be, b) he's Odin's only heir now whoops, and c) a couple of years of the Bifrost being down have created a power vacuum and general tumult to deal with.
Kazul is a dragon who can fly, and regularly flies at least one mountain range over to visit her grandchildren. I don't know exactly where all she's been, since canon doesn't do a lot of worldbuilding ranging very far from the Enchanted Forest, but Kazul is probably a couple thousand years old. She's Seen Some Things.
Dr Dinosaur... well, uh, I said in yesterday's DE that he considers his home to be the late Cretaceous Period, so everywhere he's ever been in (possibly, maybe, it's unclear) his entire life is billions of years away! Geographically he hops around a fair bit on Earth, and eventually within Earth; he hasn't used a helmet of mind-control crystals to rule the rock people of Hollow Earth yet, but that's a later canonical event, so.
Viola is currently living as far from home as she's ever been, in Illyria. (how far apart are Illyria and Messaline? don't ask questions ok)
Hotspur has traveled throughout England and fairly far north into Scotland, but that's about as far as he's gotten in either direction. Historical Hotspur went to France and other places in Europe, but there's no room for that in fictional Harry's compressed timeline.
Mr Segundus has been to London!! I headcanon him as having grown up in Oxford, so that would make his current home of Yorkshire the farthest he's been from his birthplace. But he's been in Yorkshire ten years now, and definitely considers it home.
Jamie was shuttled around Scotland as a kid, but hasn't left Stirling in years.
Abe no Seimei has traveled all over his version of Earth, but he'd consider his furthest ventures from home to be expeditions into the Deep Umbra. Things are...different there.
YT has been to two places that are far from her beloved L.A. One is Minnesota, where she has family. The other was a giant floating refugee camp called The Raft, somewhere in the Pacific Ocean. She did not go to The Raft of her own free will.

South America. Canon doesn't say where in South America, though.Fiji, actually.Kylo, I have no idea. I suspect it's quite a way.
No real idea for Sikozu, either. She doesn't technically have a home and I don't know where she was created in the first place.

God, can you imagine Thor traveling by diligence, though?
