Edit: Actually, now that I'm awake and thinking, it's probably red. Ages ago, I gave him these black and red skate shoes that he wears casually, because he does wear skate shoes in canon. It just seemed kind of the sort of thing he'd wear, and I wasn't really sure why. But he does wear a very similar design in canon. Along with his horrible red candy stripe jacket that everybody hates. And then in the reboot or whatever the hell it was, he was wearing a LOT of red. There were a bunch of little red bits on his coat, and he has a red scarf. And later, his suspenders were red. A couple of behind the scenes photos from various shoots pre- and post-reboot, he was wearing red socks as well, and at one point, he's wearing a red old-timey swimsuit thing.
Ahsoka seems to like maroons. I know it was just costuming design, but I can't think of an in canon reason for this.
Sabine loves all colors but magenta seems to be her base color for her armor. Old Mandalorian lore would suggest this might mean she's respecting her father (as red means, though magenta isn't exactly red.) Fanon has purple as meaning luck, and pink as a general respecting of someone, so who knows.
Emcee has more of a favorite color scheme of basic black and white, a classic and pseudo-sophisticated look for a cabaret entertainer. Added splashes of color include silver, red, and peacock blue. He's far more understated in his everyday look than one might assume, but I attribute that to his time period and circumstances.
Pam likes shades of pink and purple, fuchsia and lavender. Maybe it's because of her very feminine Victorian upbringing. It might surprise people to know how many floral print ensembles she has in her wardrobe.
Floki likes earth tones like brown and dark green. He has a spiritual connection with nature and trees especially, so the color of his clothes is a natural extension of that.
Cassidy probably does have a favorite color, but hell if I can tell because he will wear anything. ANYTHING.
Garyn would think it's a strange question. But it's probably red. It's a color that has in many ways defined his life; the color of blood and anger. It's also the color of House Redoran, which he will eventually join if I ever manage to advance canon.
Hm, this is a remarkably hard one, I'll do the ones I have answers for.
For Charles, its blue, light and hopeful.
Will S., green like Sherwood.
Cassian, the orange of the Alliance starbird, warm colors, he grew up on a cold world and searches out warmth. I think of the yellow on that flight vest he wears which to me is one of the more personal pieces of clothing he has.
Demeter, the gold of ripe wheat or the green of a healthy orchard.
No idea for others but did have a surprising long day. I feel like some of the others have answers in canon that I'm forgetting.
Thor: has a pretty solid color scheme of red, blue, and silver in Asgardian clothes! In Earth clothes, he mutes it down and swaps the silver for more dark grey and earth tones, but still, red and blue definitely feature. We never see him decorating a room or anything, but still, Asgardian royalty are pretty darn performative and self-aware about this stuff. I think if he had to pick just one, it'd be red. That's the color of his big swirly cape and various accent pieces. (Also, see Jane's comments upthread.)
Enjolras: REEEEEED, THE BLOOD OF ANGRY-- ok to be serious, Enjolras's favorites are all based on symbolism, not aesthetics, because he Does Not Care about aesthetics. He likes the tricolor because it's the tricolor! Red is definitely aggressively republican! (Unlike his stage version -- who has different considerations going on -- he doesn't generally wear it, but he picks his clothes to be subdued and boring anyway.) So basically, this is both very easy and very hard to answer for him.
Cosette: I'm going to say pale-ish blue! She likes a lot of colors, but I think that one especially. I think she does get some blue stuff in canon, but mostly it just seems like a Cosette-ish color. The color of the sky on a beautiful day, which has a certain symbolic fittingness, and the color of some common French flowers (ditto), and also just a very versatile color for clothes and decorating.
Kazul doesn't have any canonical favorite. I think she's very fond of the color of her scales -- all the dragons we see in canon are green, but there's a LOT of variation of shade -- but she's not going to go decorating in that or anything. Too matchy-matchy. Still, a good saturated green is definitely something she's fond of. That aside, she does like gold.
Doctor Dinosaur, on the other hand, likes THE BLOOD OF ANGRY MEN HE IS CHOMPING ON LIKE THE FOOLISH MAMMAL PREY THEY ARE. Also, any color that crystals come in.
The unofficial Wiki says cerise, gold, and jade for Amascut right now but it also looks like the editor pulled that color scheme out of several peoples' asses for the sake of completionism. There is no evidence for favored colors; Amascut is an incognito goddess and no one waves around her banner. A color scheme would make her too easy to identify.
Well, her red hair stands out but besides that, she doesn't have the luxury of favorite colors.

So, yeah. I think Wilford probably likes red.

Sam loves red. I have no reason why.

Blue has always been Cassie's color.

Hannibal's is probably blue, at least for clothes; but just plain blue won't do, only in patterns of plaid and paisley.

Rose would say pink, but it's really green. It's a Thorn thing.
Kylo's is black. Because... yeah.
Sikozu's is red, since that's the colour of her hair and her scales.

Fairy Fixit seems to agree with tans and greens.
