Well, my radiators won't turn on, so I am wondering: what are winter preparations or changes like for your character?
Or, if they somehow live in a steady climate and never experience another except in Milliways, how do they react in-Bar?

Sabine is another from a controlled environment and will just throw on extra gear to deal with cold weather.
Sam breaks out the layers and spices for mulled cider or hot chocolate. I think he likes cold weather, though likely not flying in it.
Selina has already found warmer places to squat and stolen more layers. Winter in Gotham, without a home or preparation is death.

The cold and snow is pretty much life in the North for Floki. I don't know how warm the spring and summer were back then, but they were probably short seasons, and every moment was spent preparing for the winter months. Planting and preserving food, building new homes and ships, going on raids and traveling while the weather is favorable.
Pam lives in Louisiana, which doesn't really have cold weather like the northern part of the country (but then again with climate change there have been freak dips in the temps which is just wrong). Still, she's a vampire. The season change means nothing to her. Extreme weather doesn't bother her, as she doesn't sweat or get frostbite. She can wear leather in sweltering humidity, or a bikini in a blizzard.
Cassidy is weird. I'm taking cues from both the comics and the TV show in that while he can feel hot or cold, it's just not a big deal. In the winter he'll bundle up appropriately because he just doesn't like feeling cold, but he frequently wears a lot of layers and long sleeves anyway as protection from direct sunlight. He prefers warm environments, which is probably why he's spent a lot of his time living in the southern United States.

Sameth likes cold, the Old Kingdom is also based on Scotland so the weather's always felt like home to him. He spends a lot of time working at his forge and doing things that warm him up.
Quentin misses snow, there's a point in one of the later books where there's suddenly snow in one of the Summerlands. He's so happy about it because it normally doesn't snow in San Francisco but it did where he's from. So he misses it.
Moist doesn't like snow or cold, its too much like Uberwald where the weather had personality and teeth.
William doesn't see a lot of snow but he gets cold. He doesn't like it as it makes his work awful and cattle die when they're cold.
Charles and Ivan are both from worlds with seasons and enjoy winter. It means party season for both of them.
Demeter doesn't like winter, she travels and explores to keep from missing Kore.
Tumnus has complicated feelings about winter, he's still growing to love it again, but memories of the White Witch linger.
