i've come up with a new pupipe
Hello! I have no idea when I am going to put this character in the bar--hopefully within the next month--but I just wanted to say hello, anyway.
I am actually a crusty old player who used to be here 5,000 years ago, when I went by the nickname Frankie. I similarly played 5,000 characters, including Tony Almeida from 24 and uh. 4,999 others.
I am now Back with this here character, Ignis Scientia from the video game Final Fantasy XV. I think that I went overboard with the detail on his user info on top of providing a link to his fandom wiki article, so hopefully that will be enough to give you a good idea of who he is. The basics of it is he serves royalty, he cooks, and is, for some reason, British.
Hopefully you enjoy him! As a character, not a recipe.

I am going to have to re-acclimatize myself to everything and everyone because my memory is so shit ;-;

(Okay, so maybe interpreting it as “the science of fire” would be more appropriate for a cook.)

Everyone's got on the nose names in this game, the king is named King (Regis), there's a guy whose name basically means gun (Prompto Argentum, or "quicksilver")
Iggy serves Prince Night Light

Gladiolus Amicitia - Sword-lily, and friendship with facets of allegiance and alliance.
Even Ardyn - from Latin ardere, to burn or scorch, where we get the word ardor - obsession, driving passion, etc.
Izunia's the only Japanese name, the one that doesn't fit. >_> And from what I've read it means little weasel...

(And I am choosing to interpret your pup's name as Science On Fire, because I am a linguist and thus as far as I'm concerned, that's just how science works, man.)

Don't you mean 'recipehhhh'?Eeeeeeeee! Welcome back! Also, YAY IGNIS. The MOST USEFUL CHARACTER.
And also, I will be totally throwing my sunlight-affinity'd baker at Ignis at some point. Cooks helping keep the world from sliding into darkness gotta stick together, or something like that. I had Sunshine as a FFXV hunter for AU-week this year, and had entirely too much fun.

Anywho--I've always found the "recipeh" meme strange since I've always heard him as saying "recipe".
Ignis will try to be of use once he's determined this place is real, not a danger, and that maybe he can relax for a few seconds. That might take a moment.

I only noticed the recipeh meme after having heard how Noctis mimicks Ignis' accent in the choco-mog carnival, and haven't been able to unhear it since. Figured its popularity had something to do with the lampshade-hanging in-game by having Noctis say it like that. Though Ignis does say it with a more ehh-like end to the word than I usually hear from people in my where. We usually pronounce it with a harder E sound at the end. Recip-ee rather than Recip-eh.
