tuesday de: what's in your loot bag?
Your character has been to a convention! What purchases weigh down their bags when they're done shopping?

ETA: OKay, expanding a bit. Izana is a sucker for anything urban legend like and will buy anything that hints of it. They'll take many pictures and will accept any freebie offered. Prints of Bruce Lee and other martial artists for the Honoka sisters, mecha models for Yuhata, and any food items or fandom cook books for Nagate.
Not sure about the others yet.

I can see her going for bracelets or bracers as well. I'm tempted to say charms for her padawan beads or akul head piece.
She'd also stop for any photos people want, until she got swarmed and needed to escape.

If it's fandom-y, it's probably findable, one way or another.

At least panels are fun!
Well,
If it is a teleportation engineering and science convention... uhhh... pens, stacks of stationary, stress balls?
For Amascut though... I have no idea. It depends on who she is pretending to be, I suppose. If she's at the type of con that actually has something she herself wants, it is likely that she'll steal it from whoever bought it.

Khadgar is drooling over the leather journals and bags. And books in general. Maybe the BPAL booth.

Lois would definitely end up with some books and probably affordable jewelry of some kind, music if she heard something she liked, maybe a new lanyard or keychain or phone case or something. Little stuff.
Evelyn would be all over the books and maybe some of the smaller art pieces. Subtle jewelry maybe. And, well, there's all those chainmail people and they do work in steel, not just aluminum. So, you know, there might be some re-supplying.
R2 would get his picture taken constantly because everyone loves the robot rolling along. He also might end up picking up anything he's sent on an errand for.
Anakin would end up with as many model ships as he could afford and smuggle into his room without having to answer awkward questions about why he's got all these model ships when he's supposed to be an ascetic and non-materialistic monk. If he was really super on his game he might pick up a present for Padme (and certainly he'd pick up anything like specialized perfume or art she asked for, he's happy to run errands).
Tavi-- Hmm. Well. Okay. So. Two answers here. Current canon Tavi would definitely pick up something (or multiple somethings) pretty and shiny for Kitai and a good toy for the many littles now in his family (his son and his new genetic and adopted cousins). Probably also find presents for the other family adults. He'd've visited certain kinds of snack booths (say with shiny chocolate dragons...) pretty much any time he walked past. And he'd definitely be peering with interest at the artwork, because eventually he's going to have a new palace that needs decorating and he does have a certain amount of personal discretionary spending and supporting your local artists is Good and Helpful and also nets him nice things for home, so like, he's totally going to be buying stuff. (Or telling someone what he wants to buy and they pick it up for him.) He's somewhat terrifyingly adult about it all, really. ... Oh. He'd love board games. He would be poking around the game rooms to decide what he wants and then getting things. And books, so many books. ... Look, he's the Emperor, okay, he honestly gets to just get things sometimes. He's not trying to glitz things up, but he'd just love conventions.
On the other hand, if Tavi were from an AU where he's from modern Earth and, you know, had the cultural context... er, assume as much of the above as whatever his then-current income allows and also that he's going to be more into costumes sometimes because look okay of course he's going to play with his kid with toy lightsabers and stuff. So... add very specifically "OH MAN THAT LOOKS LIKE [x]", and also that he'd like steampunk more than I do I suspect. He's an engineer type, he'd like the gears aesthetic.
I was good this year. Mostly I just stuck to buying a lot of cute little earrings that were reasonably priced, a catnip rat for my cat, and raiding the inventory of the booth I work for so I kind of have chocolate now. And not nearly enough maple sugar candy, but that's fixable.

Sameth is running a booth selling his metalwork, jewelry and weapons. He works with someone who makes scabbards.
Charles spends all his time going between the various book stalls and buys some science cufflinks and art about DNA.
Quentin, hm, I think he'd be all about the food, books and possibly elegant and unexpected clothing items, at least one obnoxious shirt.
Moist should probably be banned from the convention as he tends to not pay for things but he ends up leaving with jewelry, a nice wallet and some lovely paper-stationery or old prints.
William will buy some nice jewelry for his mother, then spend the rest of his money on books and food.
Will S. will pick up spices, hard to find and talk with weapons dealers.
Demeter will end up with jewelry, lovely scarves and some new recipes and friends.
Tumnus will buy books, food and at least one new scarf.
Basically I and my pups have similar buying habits though I'm currently always on the hunt for interesting fandom/Star Wars' stuff.

If they were given some spending money - they've never really had money or personal property before - they'd probably buy things that their friends would like, although the only thing I can think of that would actually be sold at a convention is fandom scarves for Tracer. For themself, food and most kinds of clothing are out, but I could see them buying plushies and/or garden sculptures and maybe hats.

Cosette: oh god. SO MANY ACCESSORIES. And books she thinks Marius or her father would like! And candies and baked goods for everybody! But really: so many accessories.
Thor: Mostly, Thor has posed for photos with about a zillion people, and signed things, and so forth. He might have bought clothing, if there was anything that he liked that fit him sufficiently well. Probably most of what he bought was presents for Earth friends. And maybe something Loki-themed, if it was sufficiently funny, and if Loki would find it sufficiently funny and/or annoying. (Either option is good!)
Kazul: Chocolate, and books, and potentially a massive jeweled helmet or something.
Doctor Dinosaur: SO MANY CRYSTALS!!!
