tuesday de: alternate party
Well, I'm on a plane for a while on Tuesday so since it's technically Tuesday where I am, I'm getting this up good and early. Besides, it's time for a party post!
We'll be testing our new actual characters for Milliways soon, with the month rolling over, but how about we do a party post for all those characters we talked about yesterday we can't play and want to? Or other versions of your characters that you can't play in-Bar for whatever reason, be it timelines or alternates or whatever?
Have fun! Do all the RP you can't in Milliways usually without the effort of a sandbox post!

{ooc; Patrick is Earth-11 version of DC comics Poison Ivy, whose existence was implicated but without enough canon to let me app him. But it's fun to be able to bring him here.}

(OOC: This Cassian is about sixteen and has been working with Draven for about three to four years.)

Slowly he makes his way around to her, his hands in his pockets and seeming casual. Sneaking around cantinas is something he's pretty good at doing but since he had some of his height come in, people look at him more. When he's near her, he nods back as if they'd planned to meet, "This is an unexpected cantina."

"In many more ways than you expect." Then in a low voice, she says, "Imps might be around."
"Good drinks and refreshments though," she adds in a normal tone.

((OOC: This is 1920s-era Dumbledore from Harry Potter, who I probably *will* app, but not until the new Fantastic Beasts movie comes out and I actual have solid canon for this time period. :P))

At one point he ends up near Dumbledore not far from the Window and stares, that's terrifying, "Are we safe in here?"
Usually that's a safe type of question.
(OOC: Yay Dumbledore! Let me know if you need more.)

"To be perfectly honest, I'm not quite sure," he says, glancing at the Window, peering out at the spectacular swirls of stars. "I will admit that this place seems very unusual. But I would hope to think that something being very unusual doesn't mean it means to cause any harm."
((Thanks!! :D))

A little girl of about four is looking right up into Dumbledore's face from where she is cowering under a chair, putting a finger to her lips.
no subject
When the little girl looks right at him, Dumbledore smiles but says nothing, putting a finger to his own lips to show that he'll stay quiet and won't give away her hiding spot.

Dark green tattoos show at his collar and cuffs. Anyone looking closely enough may notice that they're thorned vines. And that they're moving in a slightly agitated way.

Woops, just noticed I messed up the account!

Great. He's still going to have to share, isn't he?

And the population of the dead within Milliways raises by one.
no subject
Specifically, one who actually sits bolt upright when he feels that particular presence enter the room. He hasn't felt her since...
Well.
Since.
Which is a lot why he's also kind of frozen now. There are so many broken things to fix from the ruins of his life; Ahsoka is one of the less scary prospects, honestly, but he would not blame her for not wanting to go anywhere near him ever again. So... have a very Anakin-feeling presence glowing fairly loudly in the Force.
no subject
He is more balanced now, she feels. The cold burning darkness of hate, anger, and pain no longer dominating his spirit; reduced but not gone. No, it's more like the Light that was within him, that had faded, had grown strong again. He also looks much like how she would have expected her Master to have aged, rather than that cold shell...how much time has passed that he's free of that prison? Years perhaps. Time has little meaning within the Force.
She walks his way. It's not as if anything else could happen.

They fall silent when they realise where they are.
"It's the King's own Valhalla!" declares an older girl, about ten or eleven. "He took me along once, when I was really little. There was a little boy here named Fry."
The others look around in wonder, but not too long. Then, they start exploring.

She slings her staff into its sling on her back, and waves at one of the passing children.
"Excuse me!" she says brightly, with a white-lipped smile.
"I'm Eiko. Eiko Mesoth. Do you know where we are?"
