Anakin: option a) Padme; option b) landing the ship with minimum casualties (which is zero because he can totally land the ship okay get off his case); option c) 'win the fight' or 'resolve the problem' (but let's be realistic, mostly this means kill the problem somehow).
Vader: option a) land the ship without damage to himself; option b) kill.
dead!Anakin: "are the twins okay? Remember not to kill anything, Luke will make sad eyes and Leia will experiment with exorcism."
Enjolras: 1) Save lives. 2) Keep everybody calm and organized. 2.5) If situationally applicable, be ready to evacuate everyone as soon as it's practical to do so.
Thor: Shut the cause of the crisis down. Save lives. (The order of those is flexible -- saving lives is really the root, but he might think addressing the problem immediately was the best way to do so.)
Cosette: Be support staff for the people taking charge of things -- keep everybody calm and as cheerful as possible, keep spirits up, set everyone to doing something productive (whether it's bandage-making or a bucket brigade or just distracting each other from fretting or whatever).
Kazul: Address the root problem. Especially if she can eat it.
Doctor Dinosaur: uh, is probably the one making everything go to hell in a handbasket. If it's all his plans and his hideout going to hell instead, that's probably Tuesday, and his priority is to get out with his skin intact, and secondarily to get out with as many crystals and scientific gadgets intact as possible, and tertiarily to shoot a rocket launcher at his foes as he goes.
Hera - The Rebellion, and the future after the Empire
Kanan - Kind of shifts during the series. He was so affected by Order 66 and in particular being unable to save his master that for a long time, his true highest priority was ensuring he'd never experience something like that again, at first by simply avoiding being around anyone for too long. And then after he joins Hera, those fears focused on her and the Ghost crew and especially Ezra. But once he really had to face that fear, his first priority shifted more toward simply doing the best he could in the role he had as one of the few Jedi left in the galaxy, and being Ezra's teacher.
